Will Smith's Ex-Friend Wants Jada Pinkett Smith Questioned Under Oath in Ongoing Court Battle

Bilaal Salaam is pushing for answers. The former friend of Will Smith has asked a judge to order Jada Pinkett Smith to sit for a deposition in his ongoing lawsuit against her.

According to TMZ, Salaam wants the actress to appear for a deposition within 30 days.

He claims he scheduled a date for May 20, but Jada did not show up.

Salaam says he wants to ask about communications regarding him and whether she authorized any threats against him. He alleges Jada became upset after he refused to help Will with crisis management following the 2022 Oscars slap.

He also claims third parties threatened him after the Smiths learned he planned to write a memoir.

Jada has denied all allegations and successfully got the majority of the lawsuit dismissed. Her legal team argues she already sat for a deposition in a separate legal proceeding. They want any additional questioning limited to one hour.

A judge has not yet ruled on the request.

Like she cares about oaths or vows. These people can swear on anything because they believe in nothing.
