Bigger, better, and even funnier (if that’s even possible), Kevin Hart reassembles the gang of Roku Channel’s ‘Die Hart‘ for the series’ highly anticipated third season.

In the show’s tertiary installment, viewers catch up with the latest antics of Hart’s character who is being accused of being involved with the death of a well-known director.

“After his latest film flops harder than a boiled peanut, Kevin’s search for dramatic acclaim leads him to legendary filmmaker Jackson Pepper,” the official synopsis reads. “Kevin would do just about anything to get a golden statue on his shelf, but Pepper’s idea of role research is a bit more hands-on, and soon Kevin is living out the role of a fugitive on the run for murder.”

Executive produced by Hart, ‘Die’ stars J.K. Simmons, Kathryn Hahn, Nathalie Emmanuel, Tony Cavalero, Anna Garcia, and others.

Tia Mowry is no stranger to cooking up hot ratings for Lifetime during the yuletide season (see: ‘Yes, Chef‘), and she’s set to do it again with the forthcoming ‘A Very Merry Beauty Salon.’

Part of the women’s network’s annually anticipated ‘It’s a Wonderful Lifetime’ slate of original holiday films, the festive flick sees her reunite with ‘Sister, Sister’ co-star RonReaco Lee and tells the tale of an Atlanta beauty salon owner who unexpectedly finds love at a holiday charity event toasting her community involvement.

Directed by Bobby Yan, ‘Salon,’ also stars familiar faces like Donna Biscoe, Cocoa Brown, Arrington Foster, and more.

Jamie Foxx has teamed with Netflix to return to his comedic roots.

For, the superstar has teamed with the streamer for a new stand-up comedy special.

Christened ‘What Had Happened Was…,‘ the eagerly awaited production will see the 56-year-old wax comedically candid about the 2022 medical emergency that saw his life hang in the balance.

Unleashed on December 10, the special precedes Foxx’s movie ‘Back in Action’ – which he co-stars in alongside Cameron Diaz. The film arrives on Netflix on January 17, 2025.

Much like Hallmark and Lifetime, OWN has become a power player in the Christmas film market having delivered their fair share of ratings winners over the last few years.

With 2024 looking to be no different, the network is set to unveil three original yuletide-flavored flicks as part of its ‘OWN for the Holidays’ slate with the first being ‘A Season to Remember.’

Starring Michele Weaver and Nathan Owens, the touching romantic comedy sees Weaver star as an ambitious sports reporter who’s being taught how to navigate the male-dominated field by a handsome photographer aiming to help take the newscaster’s career to the next level.
