With the 2017 American Music Awards just days away, two of the night’s most anticipated performers are giving a sneak peek of what to expect.

Foes turned friends Christina Aguilera and Pink will both be taking to the stage at the Microsoft Theater Sunday night.

Xtina will be tributing the late great Whitney Houston with a medley. Said showing is being put on partnership with the legend’s estate – who together with her label – issued a new live album in commemoration of ‘The Bodyguard’s’ 25th anniversary this week.

Meanwhile Pink will be rocking the house in support of her chart-topping new album Beautiful Trauma.’

Joseline Hernandez has a few things to say about Cardi B and they aren’t pretty.

Hernandez, by way of her breakout role on ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ is often credited (in a round about way) for supporting Cardi‘s quest for fame as the Reality TV’s ratings-pulling antics served to support the entire ‘Love & Hip Hop’ franchise.

A franchise, as we all know, Cardi smartly used to launch her musical career after she rose to fame as an Instagram personality.

Jessie J is back!

After a stint away from the spotlight, the popular powerhouse is prepping new album ‘R.O.S.E’ for release next year.

An acronym for ‘Realisations Obsessions Sex Empowerment,’ the LP promises to peel away the plasticity that defined some of the singer’s prior releases; instead, with the set, she invites the masses to a musical meal that is rawer and rooted in the real.

Doing away with the traditional roll-out, she’s been introducing the record by way of taster songs and a live tour that took her across the globe.

Now, as she unleashes the project’s official lead single ‘Queen,’ That Grape Juice shares our candid interview with the star.

During the chat, she divulges more on the album as well as the journey up to this point. She opens up in earnest about feeling pressure to dilute her vocals and emphatically explains why she won’t be doing that this go round.

Jessie J has officially been crowned on new single ‘Queen.’

Unwrapped moments ago, the empowering jam is the first official look from from the vocal wonder’s new album ‘R.O.S.E’ – due next year.

Like the entirety of the LP, the song was produced by DJ Camper.

Penned by Jessie herself, the song is an affirmation of one’s self worth, strength, beauty, and regality.

Speaking on the song, the songbird says:

“This is more than another song for me, it’s bigger than me. It’s a feeling, a movement and a mantra. Words I want EVERY woman to sing and FEEL. We are ALL QUEENS!”

As the critical mass learns of the entertainment industry’s harbouring of several sexual predators the R&B icon Mary J. Blige has revealed that the fear of being abused lies at the heart of her unique sense of style.

Joining the likes of Jennifer Lawrence and Jessica Chastain for a ‘Hollywood Reporter’ roundtable session to promote her new movie ‘Mudbound‘, Blige admitted that horrors she faced in and out of the industry forced her to conceal her body to protect it from the business’ predators.

As reported here, Sam Smith lays claim to his first Billboard 200 chart-topper thanks to his sophomore album, ‘The Thrill of It All.’

The critically acclaimed set, which spawned the the hit singles ‘Too Good at Goodbyes’ and ‘Pray,’ saw the singer/songwriter step into new sonic territory by enlisting the help of hitmaking producers Timbaland, Jimmy Napes, and many others.  The result?  A #1 debut to the tune of 237,000 SPS shifted its first week [his best opening numbers to date].

The project’s riskiness was also found in its lyrical content.  Smith says there’s one person to thank for that:  fellow chart-topper Rihanna…
