The entertainment mogul Diddy is being sued by his former chef for sexual harassment.
In a complaint filed on Monday Cindy Rueda is suing for sexual harassment, retaliation, defamation, failure to pay overtime and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
She claims she regularly worked from 9 a.m to midnight and would often be forced to serve meals to the rapper after she says he had finished having sex.
One of his friends, she says, came into the kitchen naked and asked her to “look at and admire his genitals.”
Her attorney James Blancarte adds:
In the days following, Plaintiff was accused of theft and told that she would not be prosecuted if she returned the watch and signed a waiver of all rights and claims against Defendants.
She’s seeking damages for unpaid wages and overtime as well plus punitive damages.
That isn’t all.
She also seeks an junction to prevent future employees from being inaccurately classified as exempt.
It’s been 3 months since rapper Big Sean released his chart-topping album, ‘I Decided,’ but he’s still hot on the promo trail in its support.

And, while fans were still catching their breaths from the former video, the rapper hit them with a follow-up today in the form of the animated ‘Jump Out the Window.’ Also directed by Lamont, the 2D visual sees Sean declare his undying love for a romantic subject that was “meant to be, but never quite was.”

As fans continue to pass on second servings of pop singer Katy Perry‘s latest release, the Migos-assisted ‘Bon Appetit,’ the singer/songwriter is stirring a cooled pot of “beef,” namely a fan-fueled feud between herself and fellow pop chart-topper Taylor Swift.
Many assumed the latter’s 2015 chart ruling ‘Bad Blood’ was a diss aimed at Perry and, if a recent interview is to judge by, that’s a sentiment she too doesn’t appear to think is too far fetched. For, ‘Strength’ has become her strongest debut on the US Billboard 200 in seven years.
Opening at #3 with 78,000 SPS units (and 72k in traditional album sales), the LP gifts Blige her best placing since ‘Stronger With Each Tear’ debuted and peaked at #2 in 2010.
The project also grants Blige her best sales week since 2011, when ‘My Life II… The Journey Continues (Act 1)’ arrived with 156,000 sold in its first week.

Katy Perry has been experiencing something quite unusual of late — ‘struggle.’
The Pop force hasn’t been living up to her billing following the blink and you miss it chart run of ‘Chained To The Rhythm’ and the outright tanking of follow-up ‘Bon Appétit.’ She also found herself in the midst a serious race allegation.
Clearly in a reflective mood (perhaps about the misfires), Perry took to Instagram to share a passage about hardship and perseverance. Maybe just maybe as a note to self.

Serviced as the first single from the group’s sophomore set ‘Spiceworld’, ‘Life’ was written by all five members alongside Matt Rowe and Richard Stannard who also produced the track.
A Samba-meets-Salsa meets number, the rousing anthem urges the people of the world to get free, have some fun and remain positive in front of life’s hurdles… or as sassily put “slam it to the left and shake it to the right.”
The song didn’t go down that well with critics, but who cares when it’s 1997 and you are literally the biggest thing on the planet. On home soil, it became their fifth consecutive #1 and practically hit the Top 5 of every market it had been released in. Over in America, it only managed to peak at #18, still it was the ladies’ fourth Top 20 on the Billboard charts.
As they were recording the song’s housing album at the same time they were shooting their movie of the same name, the girls were too tired to argue with the record label about the cut’s video. Instead of the carnival party theme they were going for at first, they ended up with a futuristic, ostentatious, dark – but still very Pop – video directed by Marcus Nipsel. The clip was seen by many as a big metaphor for how Spice Mania had dominated the world – in under a year.

Sure, they were no Stevie Wonder or Marvin Gaye, but it’s important to point out that through their music, the Spice Girls were all about sisterhood, acceptance, fun and unity. All traits that wouldn’t go amiss in today’s era; one preoccupied with “coolness” and over-treaded topics such as baes and the bedroom.
In many ways, some of today’s acts and even those of tomorrow could learn a thing or two from Scary, Sporty, Posh, Baby, and Ginger.
