As reported here, ‘American Idol’ alums Jennifer Hudson and Jordin Sparks are set to join forces in the Alicia Keys-produced film ‘The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete’.
The George Tillman-directed movie, said to also feature an all-star cast that includes the likes of Anthony Mackie and Jeffery Wright, sees Hudson play a drug-addicted mother whose eventual downfall forces her young son to raise himself.
