For Nicki Minaj detractors, downplaying her success has become…a little hard of late.

Indeed, in what makes the potential comebacks for their favorite acts even tougher, Minaj’s rising commercial pull continues to dwarf the careers of many a lesser act, especially those of the Hip Hop persuasion.

So, just in case the multi-platinum status of her first LP and its follow up weren’t enough to tick them enough, we’re sure the success of UK arena tour will do just that.

A tour, which saw the Rapper hit Manchester to deliver the latest showing of ‘Pink Friday:Reloaded’ to fans at the MEN Arena, which holds a capacity of 21,000.

The singer has whipped both her Little Monsters and Beyonce‘s Beyhive into a frenzy today after revealing that a sequel to their 2010 smash ‘Telephone’ is slated to feature on ‘ARTPop’.

Cop a gander of Drake!

The Young Money maestro celebrated his 26th birthday early over the weekend, partying it up in Atlanta’s Compound Club. Joined by the likes of Wale, Don Cannon, and his dad (pictured below in the white jacket), the Canadian-bred rapper clearly enjoyed the festivities which precede his actual birthday tomorrow (October 25th).

When the celebrations wrap, we hope work  promptly resumes on Drizzy’s as-yet-untitled third LP, which we can’t wait to hear!

Ciara is gearing up for the release of her new single ‘Got Me Good’ this Thursday – her birthday.

Hence, so as to whip up heightened buzz, the dynamo performer has unveiled the cover for the Rodney ‘Darkchild’ Jerkins produced cut – which is the second to be lifted from her ‘One Woman Army’ LP (due later this year).

Congratulations are in order for Bruno Mars and the folks over at ‘SNL‘.

Airing the singer‘s episode on the comedy outing last night, the show brought in record breaking ratings as a result- pulling in a sweet 5.rating according to the Hollywood Reporter.

This gives the show its highest rated episode since Lindsay Lohan graced their set in March, and gives some indication as to how Mars’ forthcoming ‘Unorthodox Jukebox’ LP should do upon its December 11th release.
