The stage blazer’s latest single ‘Mirrors’ has held steady at the top of the Official UK Singles Chart for a second week, giving a major boost to its parent LP ‘The 20/20 Experience’. Due out on March 18th (and a day later in the US), the set has also spawned UK and US top ten in ‘Suit & Tie’.

In other JT news, it seems he’s not letting Kanye West‘s recent critique slide.

Sometimes, over here at TGJ HQ, we find ourselves faced with a question that we’ve never been able to truly answer…‘are we too harsh on Rihanna?‘.

Indeed, while we’re sure she’s too busy working the streets of ‘Instagram’ to care what we have to think of her, it’s a question we struggle to answer every time we put finger to keyboard to post on the star.

Well…that was until today.

For, in confirming our stance that the ‘We Found Love‘ star’s cause is nothing more than a long running ‘ha ha’ when stripped of the fashion, videos and Premium production staff, she has been forced to cancel a date on her ‘Diamonds World Tour‘ just one night after its Buffalo launch.

Beyonce steps into the weird and wonderful world of animation this year, starring in the 20th Century FOX movie ‘Epic‘.

Playing ‘Queen Tara‘, the ‘Carmen’ actress will make her way to our screens on May 24th but before that- as to explain what really is a unique role- she sat down for a promotional piece in its aid, explaining why she signed on and her love for her royal character.

Channeling her inner Islander, the Grammy winning belle took the grand stage to perform the Elijah Blake penned jam ‘No Love Allowed’, packing the power and conviction other performances from the show lacked.

Soul-filled songbird Chrisette Michele kicks off her ‘Better’ album campaign with the video for the project’s lead single ‘A Couple Of Forevers’.

Unwrapped moments ago, the romantic clip was shot by noted photographer Derek Blanks – which goes some way to explain the video’s lush visuals.

With the April 30th release of ‘Better’ inching nearer, this should serve as a tasty appetizer for the set which features Wale, Musiq Soulchild, and 2 Chainz.
