Selena Gomez is back in a big way.
A day after announcing the release of her new single – ‘999’ – the music superstar has now shared a snippet of the track.
‘999’ is set to feature Camilo and will continue the string of Spanish music from Gomez.
The track will be her first since she released her EP, ‘Revelación,’ in March. Prior to that, she released her album ‘Rare’ in January 2020.
Gomez is currently starring in the Hulu series ‘Only Murders In The Building’ alongside Martin Short and Steve Martin.
‘999’ will be released later this week, as it is set to arrive on August 27.

Anne-Marie and Little Mix have had the masses moving with their collaboration ‘Kiss My (Uh-Oh)’ and now they’ve invited a number of notable names to onboard their bouncy bop.
British belles Stefflon Don, Raye, and Becky Hill add all-new verses to a stacked remix of the track – which features a prominent sample of Lumidee‘s 2003 smash ‘Never Leave You (Uh Oooh, Uh Oooh).’
‘Kiss My’ is lifted from Anne-Marie’s latest album ‘Therapy,’ which premiered at #2 on the Official Album Chart earlier this month.
The original incarnation of the track is also set to appear on Little Mix’s incoming greatest hits project ‘Between Us.’
Take a listen to the remix below…
It’s been nearly three months since Migos‘ returned to the top of Billboard charts with their fourth studio/reunion album, ‘Culture III,’ but that hasn’t stopped the Atlantan trio from grinding on the promo pavement in its support.
Their latest appearance sees them make themselves at home (literally) on the global health crisis-safe edition of NPR’s wildly popular ‘Tiny Desk Concert’ segment.
Cranking out live renditions of ‘Culture III’ tunes ‘Avalanche, ‘Straightenin,’ and more, hop inside to see Offset, Quavo, and Takeoff do what they do best (with a little help from friends 1500 or Nothin’ and DJ Durel).
In June, music superstar H.E.R. debuted at the front of the R&B charts with her long-awaited debut album, ‘Back of My Mind’ (courtesy of her best first-week sales to date).
Now, the Academy & GRAMMY Award-winning diva’s set to go back on the road in support of the LP.
Supported by fellow R&B singer Tone Stith, the Stateside jaunt is slated kick off in Nashville on October 10 and later tackle Dallas, Boston, Philadelphia, and more before wrapping up in Detroit.
Look inside to see if she’ll be bringing her brigade of modern R&B classics like ‘Damaged,’ ‘Fight For You,’ ‘Best Part,’ ‘Hard Place,’ and more live to a stage near you.
As the tributes to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Aaliyah‘s passing continued to roll in Wednesday (August 25), the singer’s estate not only expressed their gratitude to her legion of diehard fans but also sent them into a frenzy with the teasing of a new project.
Despite rendering one of the most electrifying MTV VMAs performances of the last few years with her stage-blazing rendition of ‘Motivation’ at the award show’s 2019 edition, Normani has not been invited to repeat the feat at its forthcoming ceremony.
Slated to air September 12, fans of Camila Cabello, Shawn Mendes, Doja Cat, Lil Nas X, and Chloe Bailey have already gone wild at news their faves are set to take the stage. Yet, the ‘Wild Side’ songstress – who to many was a shoo-in for inclusion on the performance roster – is still noticeably absent from the growing list.
Having previously made headlines for expressing her umbrage with the omission, Normani took to Q99.7 Atlanta recently to address the topic again. Hop inside to see what she said:
With two singles in the Billboard Hot 100’s top 10 concurrently (‘Call Me By Your Name’ and ‘Industry Baby’), it’s pretty evident that music lovers are more than ready to get their hands on ‘Montero’ – the official debut album of Lil Nas X.
Yet, after promises of the highly anticipated set dropping this summer, it’s finally been unveiled when the project will hit shelves.
Details inside:
Across mixtapes, EPs, and studio albums, the last 11 years have seen the name Iggy Azalea almost become synonymous with ‘critical acclaim.’
Lauded for her glossy music videos, undeniable bops, and little-engine-that-could hustle (before and after the endorsement of a major label), Azalea has managed to consistently defy industry odds despite a lack of support from radio and industry peers – a condition she’s not minced words over in interviews.
Yet, despite the fanfare, the Rap diva’s had the tallest hill to climb to see that success mirrored commercially.
After a string of nonperforming projects, her last musical hurrah came courtesy of the August 13-released ‘End of an Era’ – her third and reportedly final studio album.
Look inside to see how it fared.
Doja Cat is booked and busy.
Because not only will she be performing at the MTV Video Music Awards 2021, she’ll be hosting the September 12 ceremony too.
