Chloe Bailey is continuing to give fans some of her beloved covers.

This time around, Drake‘s ‘Marvin’s Room’ was on the docket to be covered. However, unlike previous covers, she switched some of the lyrics on this one.

On the track, she sings:

“You told me that there’s someone else / you messing with my confidence / How you make me feel unwanted / I’m really trying not to hold a grudge / But you didn’t send me flowers for my birthday and now I’m hurting in the worst way.”

Bailey’s latest cover comes on the heels of her teasing new solo music (as we reported here).

Rapper G Herbo is riding high with the release of his new album ’25’ – which looks set to make an almighty splash on the Billboard 200.

Home to singles ‘Statement,’ ‘Really Like That,’ and ‘Break Yoself,’ the set’s title stems from the MC being 25-years-old at the time of its arrival and the death of a friend a week prior.

That Grape Juice‘s Shar Jossell caught up with the star at the 5th Annual Culture Creators: Innovators & Leaders Awards Brunch, where he opened up about his inspiration and creative process over the last year.

It’s been days since Phylicia Rashad first made headlines for publicly supporting the prison release of her longtime friend/embattled ‘Cosby Show’ co-star Bill Cosby, but calls continue for the veteran actress to step down as Dean of Fine Arts at Howard University – a gig she just started July 1.

The 73-year-old’s initial commentary – deemed by many to be ‘insensitive to sexual assault survivors’ – took her name to trending status on social media, even earning jeers from the university itself as well as the likes of fans and celebrities including fellow iconic TV mom Janet Hubert (of ‘Fresh Prince’).

Despite following the backlash by issuing two apologetic statements, Rashad’s been granted little sympathy from the court of public opinion – a condition that’s inspired Cosby to enter the chat to defend his one-time TV wife.

As legendary hitmakers go, few come with a resumé as renowned as Jimmy Jam.

Famed for crafting classics from the likes of Janet Jackson and Mariah Carey, the producer is marching towards the July 9 release of his new album with partner Terry Lewis.

Aptly christened ‘Jam & Lewis: Volume One,’ the set features an all-star cast of names including Carey, Toni Braxton, Mary J. Blige, Boyz II Men, and Babyface.

Prior to its arrival, That Grape Juice caught up with Jimmy at the 5th Annual Culture Creators: Innovators & Leaders Awards Brunch.

Chatting it up with TGJ’s Shar Jossell, the star opened about the project, as well as his admiration for H.E.R.
