Quavo wasted little time clapping back at Chris Brown for a diss found on the latter’s latest project ’11:11 [Deluxe]’ released on Thursday (April 11).
The 35-song effort houses the headline-grabbing track ‘Freak‘ (featuring Lil Wayne and Tee Grizzley) in which Brown aims at the former Migos frontman for his rumored romantic relationship with the singer’s ex/EMMY-winning actress Karrueche Tran.
“Now f-ckin’ my old b-tches ain’t gon’ make us equal / Sipping that 1942 cause I don’t do no Cuervo Freak b-tch, she like Casamigos, not the Migos,” Chris rapped on the controversial cut.
Qua tapped producers Atake, Sluzyyy, and JW Lucas to craft the beat of his clap back.
“You did the b-tch wrong and now the b-tch gone, she posted with a thug / Call the b-tch phone, she won’t come home, don’t beat her up,” he raps on the new song’s hook.

Just in case those 2023 Daytime EMMY and People’s Choice Award nominations (as well as back-to-back NAACP Image Award wins in 2023 & 2024) weren’t enough to indicate the warm reception of Sherri Shepherd‘s eponymous talk show, the official third season renewal should certainly serve notice.
Cher was most deservedly awarded the Icon Award at the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Monday night (April 1), an honor that not only saw her deliver a heartwarming acceptance speech but also perform some of her greatest hits.
To the surprise of viewers, her fellow EMMY, GRAMMY, and OSCAR winner Jennifer Hudson kicked off the tribute segment by performing the 1989 classic, ‘If I Could Turn Back Time,’ before being joined by the 77-year-old Pop diva to sing the #1 hit ‘Believe.’

Alicia Keys has been hot on the promo trail over the last few months in preparation for the arrival of the new stageplay ‘Hell’s Kitchen.’
Loosely based on the life of the 15-time GRAMMY winner, ‘Kitchen’ is being directed by Michael Greif, choreographed by Camille A. Brown, and features EMMY winner Adam Blackstone as the musical director.
As expected, Keys had a hand in the project’s music and lyrics – a taste of which came Friday (March 22) courtesy of the new song ‘Kaleidoscope.’
“Don’t wait for the end, let’s start a beginning / Better to be alive than just to be living,” she sings on the tune featured in ‘Kitchen.’
Supported with vocals from Maleah Joi Moon (who stars as the lead character in ‘Kitchen’), Alicia gave ‘Kaleidoscope’ its first televised performance on Friday’s episode of ‘The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.’

Billy Porter has long been a bold trailblazer, both on-screen and off.
That trajectory continues with the GRAMMY and Emmy Award winner’s latest film, ‘Our Son.’
Directed by Bill Oliver, the piercing and powerful production sees Porter star alongside Luke Evans in a narrative centered on same-sex couple Gabriel and Nicky.
The pair appear to have a picture-perfect life together. Yet, when mounting stress causes a divorce, a layered custody battle erupts over their eight-year-old son.
That Grape Juice‘s Alana Taylor caught up with Billy Porter ahead of the film’s UK release today (March 25).
In a rivetting, candid conversation, the multihyphenate star opens up about ‘Our Son,’ bulldozing boundaries of LGBTQ representation, working with Evans, new music, and more.
