H.E.R. took center stage at the Olympics 2024 Closing Ceremony in Paris tonight as part

The Emmy, GRAMMY, and Oscar winner was tapped to perform the US National Anthem – ‘The Star Spangled Banner’ – at Stade de France as part of the handover segment of festivities. For, the Olympics will next take place in her home city of Los Angeles in 2028.

H.E.R.’s showing was followed by a seismic stunt performed by Hollywood titan Tom Cruise.

Donald Glover is sending his beloved musical alter ego Childish Gambino off with a bang courtesy of his final album ‘Bando Stone and the New World‘ (released July 19).

Having already lifted a music video for the LP’s critically acclaimed cut ‘In the Night,’ the GRAMMY and EMMY-winning rapper-actor followed by releasing a spooky visual for the ‘Bando’ lead single ‘Lithonia.’

“Cody LaRae/He had a break/He’s findin’ out/That nobody gives a f-ck,” Gambino sings. “I did my job/I paid my dues/Love is for fools/’Cause nobody gives a f-ck.”

EMMY and GRAMMY-winning comedienne-actress Tiffany Haddish is back in her music bag with the new release ‘Woman Up.’

Described by the funnywoman as “an empowerment song,” the upbeat tune – penned by the legendary Diane Warren – sees Haddish reflect on some of life’s challenges while encouraging herself to be brave and soldier through the hard times.

“I hate to see you this way/ Lying in your bed, covers over your head, thinking that it’s over,” Tiff sings in the anthemic tune. “But it’s not, just stop/ And woman up.”

Unveiled as Haddish celebrates 8 months of sobriety following waves of bad press for multiple DUI charges, ‘Woman’ sees its arrival accompanied by a Santiago Diaz-Vence-directed music video.
