Ed Sheeran released his latest album, ‘Subtract,’ on May 5 and to go along with the release, he shared several music videos for the songs found on the album.
All of the visuals were directed by Mia Barnes and take place in Sheeran’s hometown of Suffolk, England.
The visuals help tell the story of Sheeran moving through grief, depression, and loss. However, there can be some healing seen as well, such as in the video for ‘The Hills of Aberfeldy.’
Since its debut, ‘Subtract’ has been met with rave reviews and some critics have even gone on to call it Sheeran’s best work.
