Peacock’s hit reimagining of ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ has been met with praise aplenty since its 2022 debut and grew in popularity with its 2023 sophomore run.
Now set for its third outing, the series – which is executive produced by Will Smith – promises more dramatic twists and turns as well as new story elements.
It was a family affair on the latest episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
For, the legendary Ms. Lauryn Hill joined her rising star son YG Marley for a very special performance.
The newcomer is the offspring of Hill and Rohan Marley – and thus the grandson of the late, great Bob Marley.
Together, the pair delivered a resonating medley of one of the songbird’s signature hits ‘Ex-Factor’ and Marley’s breakout smash ‘Praise Jah In The Moonlight.’
Just days after offering a stunning set on NPR’s wildly popular ‘Tiny Desk,’ singer-songwriter Willow took her talents to ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.’
Acting as Friday night’s musical guest (May 3), Willow – on hand to celebrate the release of her latest album ‘Empathogen‘ – delivered a live rendition of the project’s fan favorite ‘Home.’
“I live my life in a river of grace, oh-oh, oh-oh / I trust this river to carry me home,” she crooned in front of the live audience.

Doja Cat took the stage on ‘The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon’ to perform one of her latest songs.
The rapper performed her song ‘Acknowledge Me’ on the May 1 episode of the late-night talk show. For her performance, she wore a mini dress and jacked. Both were covered in faux fur.
‘Acknowledge Me’ appeared on Doja Cat’s latest project, the deluxe version of her album ‘Scarlet’ called ‘Scarlet 2: Claude.’
The new version of the album was released last month and included some additional tracks that did not make the original album.

To the surprise of her dedicated fans (affectionately called the #JanFam), the Pop Queen took to social media on Thursday (April 11) to tease a special announcement via a media blitz that would see her visit ‘The Rickey Smiley Morning Show,’ ‘On Air with Ryan Seacrest,’ and ‘The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon’ the following day.
Letting the cat out of the bag on the morning and daytime series respectively, Jackson revealed she would not only be extending her critically and commercially acclaimed ‘Together Again World Tour’ well into the summer but also would be performing “new music” and other “surprises.”
Saving something extra special for ‘The Tonight Show,’ look inside to see how she hilariously broke the exciting news Friday night (April 12).
Tori Kelly is renowned for her vocal prowess, but with her latest musical era she’s showcasing her versatility as a stage blazer too.
Fresh from the release of her album ‘TORI,’ the singer stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live to deliver a performance of the project’s latest single, ‘things u do.’
Backed by a troop of dancers, the starlet paired her impressive pipes with slick choreography.
Time flies, but the truest gems shine on eternally.
So, with Janet Jackson‘s criminally underrated ‘Damita Jo’ celebrating its milestone 20th anniversary, what better time than the present to salute one of its many high notes – ‘I Want You.’
Co-produced by a then-rising Kanye West alongside Jackson and her longtime collaborators Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, the doo-wop-inspired cut was serviced as the second single from its housing album.
Renowned for her high-octane anthems and their accompanying videos, Jackson drove in a markedly different direction with the track.
A romantic serenade, the song saw Jackson profess her love for her boo.
Its lush visual was lensed by Dave Meyers and saw the Pop Queen navigating her way to her man – striking that trademark smile throughout. The clip features a cameo from Jackson’s then-partner Jermaine Dupri.
Much like the ‘Damita Jo’ project (which opened with one of the year’s biggest first-week sales), the dark cloud of the Super Bowl 2004 fiasco unfortunately clipped the wings of the release. Indeed, with limited TV and radio play, ‘I Want You’ peaked at #57 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Fast forward to today and with the climate and narrative of the episode firmly in Jackson’s favor, we hope that more of the masses dive into the brilliance of the ‘Damita Jo’ album, era, and visuals.
Alicia Keys has been hot on the promo trail over the last few months in preparation for the arrival of the new stageplay ‘Hell’s Kitchen.’
Loosely based on the life of the 15-time GRAMMY winner, ‘Kitchen’ is being directed by Michael Greif, choreographed by Camille A. Brown, and features EMMY winner Adam Blackstone as the musical director.
As expected, Keys had a hand in the project’s music and lyrics – a taste of which came Friday (March 22) courtesy of the new song ‘Kaleidoscope.’
“Don’t wait for the end, let’s start a beginning / Better to be alive than just to be living,” she sings on the tune featured in ‘Kitchen.’
Supported with vocals from Maleah Joi Moon (who stars as the lead character in ‘Kitchen’), Alicia gave ‘Kaleidoscope’ its first televised performance on Friday’s episode of ‘The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.’
Did you miss the action when it first aired? No worries; we’ve got you covered.
The set serves as the stage blazer’s 12th studio LP and her first in seven years.
Home to hits such as ‘Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53’ and ‘El Jefe,’ the project also houses the singer’s latest single ‘Puntería’ – which features Cardi B.
Backed by a bevy of dancers, Shakira took to the stage on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ to perform the track.
Boasting stunning categorical upsets to moving musical performances from the likes of Billie Eilish, Ryan Gosling, and others, the OSCARs aired Sunday night (March 10) and delivered just what the doctor ordered to raise the ailing awards show even further out of its multi-year ratings slump.
