When Lil Kim learned that she was imprisoned back in 2005 she teamed up with her friends in television to build a documentary named ‘Countdown to LockDown’ which offered fans access to her world as she prepared to go inside.
Featuring in the documentary? Presidential candidate Kamala Harris.
Back then, when Harris stood tall as the San Francisco district attorney, she was asked to appear in the project to offer professional insight into Kim’s case and urge African-American youth not to follow in her footsteps…at least as far the rapper’s relationship law was concerned.
Today, Kim’s fans have unearthed her segment in the show and criticised her for condemning the Hip-Hop icon.
