As we reported here last year, TBS breakout series – ‘The Last O.G.’ (starring Tracy Morgan and Tiffany Haddish) – delivered the network its highest ratings for an original series’ premiere.  The move was so impressive the network renewed the show for a sophomore season before its inaugural run was even halfway complete.

Now, the Jordan Peele-produced series has seen its season 2 premiere date and official trailer unveiled.

Ever wonder what happened when the world’s top twerkers got “flewed out” to show off their assets for the City Girls‘ #25KTwerkChallenge?

The answer will come tomorrow (January 16) in the form of the official music video for the girls’ tune, ‘Twerk,’ which features Cardi B.  And, while group member JT will have to enjoy her view of the clip from behind bars, Yung Miami – with Bardi by her side – is moving forward as the main rep for the duo.

JoJo delighted her legion of loyal fans last month when she re-recorded and released her first and second studio albums.

The songbird’s much publicised legal wrangle with her former label saw the projects (2004’s self-titled set and 2006’s ‘The High Road’) unavailable on digital retail and streaming services.

A wrong, she says, hat she felt compelled to make right.

In a new interview, she expanded on the lengthy process of piecing together the surprise releases. Perhaps most excitingly, though, she also opened up about her next musical chapter – which includes a brand new label deal.

Kim Kardashian wants Taylor Swift to know that she is no longer interested in feuding with her and hopes that they can make amends.

The ladies clashed when Swift humiliated Kim’s husband Kanye West by lying about him publicly…not knowing Kim had been recording their conversations.

What followed next was a thunderstorm of leaked recordings, public apologies…and the ‘Reputation’ album.

Ciara is the latest artist to take a stand against R. Kelly in the wake of shocking allegations broadcast on Lifetime’s ‘Surviving R. Kelly’ docu-series.

As widely reported, many women spoke up and out against the hitmaker – alleging claims of sexual abuse. With the vast majority accusing the self-styled Pied Piper of carrying out said wrongs while they were underage.

The furore hasn’t been confined to the public, it’s very much generated disgust amongst Kelly’s musical peers too. Several of whom have removed their collaborations with him from the online arena. And CiCi is following suit.

Mark those calendars, because ‘Spider-Man’ swings back onto the big screen this summer.

Officially christened ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home,’ the newest edition to the iconic franchise hits cinemas on July 5th and sees Peter Parker (played by Tom Holland) head out on a European vacation with his friends.

However, plans for a drama-free getaway are dashed when he cautiously agrees to help Nick Fury (played by Samuel L. Jackson) uncover the mystery of several elemental creature attacks – all of which has been causing chaos across the continent.

Zendaya reprises her role as MJ, and for this adventure is joined by the likes of Jake Gyllenhaal and J.B Smoove.

Ryan Coogler was one in a small group of powerful directors who met up at The Hollywood Reporter‘s house to discuss their smash hit/impactful movies with each other ahead of this year’s Oscars.

Fans of his movie ‘Black Panther‘ will be pleased to know that he gave a voluminous amount of information on the project, his plans for its story and how he managed to meet the expectations and overcome the challenges placed on him by the movie studio system and the general public.
