The well-documented journey to becoming parents hasn’t exactly been easy for actress Gabrielle Union and basketball star Dwyane Wade, but they couldn’t have imagined the hardships would continue post the baby’s birth.

In an interview with Oprah Winfrey on OWN (set to air December 8th), the Wades share their the triumphs and trials that preceded and followed the announcement of the birth of their daughter, Kaavia James, in early November (as we reported here).

The trials continued after the two shared what they thought would be a celebrated moment on social media.  Instead, Union says she was on the receiving end of ridicule and criticism.

Beyonce and Jay-Z honored the late, great Nelson Mandela with a hyper hot headlining performance at the 2018 Global Citizen Festival.

The mega-watt couple electrified the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg, South Africa following a packed day of performances from the likes of Usher, Wizkid, Ed Sheeran, Tiwa Savage, and Pharrell.

While only a portion of their showing was broadcast, the pair rocked the house with rousing renditions of hits such as ‘Apesh*t’ and ‘On The Run,’ while Bey soared solo with ‘Halo,’ ‘XO,’ and ‘Perfect’ along with Sheeran.

Continuing to feed the frenzy surrounding the clip, the singer has shared a behind the scenes look at the Hannah Lux Davis production.

Billed as Part 1, the making of special showcases the star’s process of piecing together the vid – which salutes 00s classics such as ‘Mean Girls,’ ‘Legally Blonde,’ and ‘Bring It On.’

Normani set sail on her solo journey this year and made quite the splash.

The Fifth Harmony star earned her first top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 with ‘Love Lies’ and has roused with a succession of fiery promo tracks – such as ‘Checklist,’ ‘Slow Down,’ and ‘Waves.’

Currently on the bill for the KIIS FM Jingle Ball, the 22-year-old has made clear that there’s a lot of exciting developments on the horizon.

In a brief but sweet backstage interview, the New Orleans native confirmed that her album debut is set for a Summer 2019 arrival. Confirming speculation that it’ll be unwrapped after her guest stint on Ariana Grande‘s ‘Sweetener Tour’ in the Spring.

She also opened up about the wives for ‘Waves,’ which features 6LACK.

Co-billed ‘Mandela 100,’ the star-studded spectacle celebrates what would have been activist Nelson Mandela‘s centenary year.

Beyonce and Jay-Z headline a bill that fuses some of the biggest names on the globe.

Indeed, joining them on the line-up are Usher, WizKid, Tiwa Savage, Coldplay’s Chris Martin, Ed Sheeran, and Pharrell Williams.

Rap’s “it” couple, Offset and Cardi B, couldn’t keep their hands off each other at Friday night’s 102.7 KIISFM Jingle Ball (November 30).

Presented by Capital One at The Forum in Inglewood, California, the event featured Cardi cranking out some high octane live renditions of some of the hits found aboard her wildly popular debut album, ‘Invasion of Privacy.’ Midway, fans were treated to an invasion of sorts from her husband as the Migos star launched into a live performance of his hit, ‘Ric Flair Drip.’
