Just months after blocking his ‘Fefe’ co-star Nicki Minaj saw her quarternary release, ‘Queen,’ blocked from the top of the Billboard 200 by Travis Scott‘s ‘Astro World’ LP, Tekashi 69‘s latest set – ‘Dummy Boy’ – has been greeted by a similar fate.

Earning its third non-consecutive week at the chart’s summit, Billboard reports:
The set earned 71,000 equivalent album units in the week ending Nov. 29 (up 60 percent), according to Nielsen Music. Of that sum, 31,000 were in album sales (up 816 percent).
At No. 2 on the new Billboard 200, 6ix9ine’s Dummy Boy debuts from just three days of activity in the tracking week. The 13-track set was released on Tuesday, Nov. 27 and starts with 66,000 equivalent album units (of which 10,000 were in album sales).

Album/ tour bundles have been around for over a decade now. Even Nicki tried it with her album. The thing is if you aren’t a big touring artist like Travis Scott then it’s not going to help you as much. His album is very popular and so is his tour so you will just have to accept it.

It really is a good album. One of the best across all genes this year. His visuals are also next level.
