Pop powerhouse Demi Lovato was on hand in Las Vegas tonight to deliver the ‘Star Spangled Banner’ ahead of the highly anticipated Mayweather vs. McGregor fight…and deliver she did!

Albeit a lengthy take on the historic number, Lovato’s showing was nothing less than a knockout (at least during the times it didn’t sound like she was battling attacks from mosquitoes)!

As Youtube and Spotify records lay broken in the wake of the release of her latest single, ‘Look What You Made Me Do,’ pop star Taylor Swift has been garnering her fair share of negative attention for the soon-to-be-chart-topper as well.

The bulk of said criticism is coming from Twitter as the former country darling’s being slammed for images spotted in the song’s forthcoming video that are eerily reminiscent of scenes from the video of Beyonce‘s 2016 hit ‘Formation.

Igniting a firestorm of slams by way of hilarious memes (click here to see them), the hoop-la was so big it got to the desk of Swift’s video director, the famed Joseph Kahn. Read what he had to say about it here:

Scorching temps got you hot?  Look to Chris Brown to cool you off with his wet, wet, wet new music video for ‘Pills & Automobiles.’

One of apparently 8,000 new songs featured on his forthcoming set, ‘Heartbreak On a Full Moon,’ the singer called on friends/rappers Yo Gotti, Kodak Black, and A Boogie With a Hoodie to join in on the video’s water theme park-themed fun.

While The Martianz-produced cut’s lyrical content disappointingly drives over very familiar terrain for the crooner, its accompanying visual’s high octane choreography

picks up any slack and makes for quite the engaging watch.

Tuck in below to see the latest in a slew of releases given the video treatment in quite a short time from the R&B bad boy:

From ‘No Frauds’ to ‘No Flag’ (and a bevy of bops before and between), rapstress Nicki Minaj has handed out her fair share of not-so-subliminal shade this year.  While some of the lyrical darts were clearly aimed at a specific target, others left listeners guessing who the intended recipient was.

Insert Cardi B.

The rising rapstress has been feeling nothing but love from music lovers who’ve helped hoist her single, ‘Bodak Yellow,’ to some impressive chart heights.  Lifting the bass-heavy bop to #3  on the Hot 100 this week, ‘Yellow’ shines as the highest charting feature-less female rap single since Minaj’s own 2014 hit, ‘Anaconda.’

Yet, while the ladies have been nothing but supportive of each other publicly, some sources indicate the Young Money maven is not exactly a fan of her younger rap sister – a point underlined when a full listen of the self-proclaimed Queen of Rap’s feature on London On Da Track‘s burgeoning hit, ‘No Flag,’ saw her spit a diss many thought was aimed at Cardi…

Now far removed from his ties to Def Jam & Roc Nation, Elijah Blake sets sail on Pop’s sea as an independent act via the album ‘Audiology.’

The set dropped yesterday and brings with it a lighter, brighter and bolder Blake and material which traverses the wide array of genres the singer has pulled from to write songs for Rihanna, Usher & Justin Bieber.

Taylor Swift has made no secret of her admiration for her fellow pop superstar Beyonce over the years, but some fans of the latter say Swift took it a step too far when images from her forthcoming ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ video were eerily similar to scenes from Bey’s 2016 hit ‘Formation.’

As if that’s not enough, the ‘Blank Page’ singer is being also accused of ripping a page or two right from Bey’s ‘Haunted’ visual as well.  Taking to Twitter to air their grievances, in the most hilarious way possible, the #Beyhive and allies are calling out Swift for the “similarities.”

Is imitation the sincerest form of flattery?  Many are saying “no”:
