After dominating 2016 with his hotly selling fourth album, ‘Views,’ it appears Grammy winning rapper Drake is ready to give his fans even more life.

Proclaimed by the Canadian emcee to be ‘an evolution of the mixtape [concept],’ the project – ‘More Life’ – is not a traditional LP, but is said to house a number of tracks higher than the standard mixtape.  Setup in ‘playlist’ format, the set’s been pushed back a number of times since its announcement late 2016.  However, much to the delight of his followers, Drizzy took to Instagram earlier today to announce the official release date.

Find out when you’ll be able to get your ears on the latest from him:

Wrong.

The Canadian crooner had none-too-endorsing words for excited fans trying to force a “selfie” with him.

Welcome to Retro Rewind, the TGJ original feature designed to honour TV and Film’s glorious past.

Today, we return to June 8th 1998, the date on which the talkshow ‘Forgive or Forget’ was introduced to American audiences.

Hosted by the inspirational and motivational writer Mother Love, the show welcomed those who have wronged their loved ones to tell their stories and present their cases to those they’d slighted.

Then, the “victim” would be asked if they were willing to…”forgive or forget.”

Ready to take that journey to the past?

After dropping two surprise albums last year, it’s clear Frank Ocean is a fan of the shock factor.

Proven as such, the eccentric singer followed up his feature on Calvin Harris’ ‘Slide’ with a new cut titled ‘Chanel,’ presented on the second installment of his Beats 1 show, blonded RADIO.

To accompany the track, Ocean also took to Tumblr to share the song’s lyrics in an abstract arrangement, and also art with the Chanel fashion brand logo.

It’s not clear whether new song leftover from one of his albums, or something freshly recorded. Regardless, we’ll accept anything new. Especially as it sounds better than anything he offered up last year.

Ed Sheeran made an impressive chart debut with his latest album ‘÷’ as expected in the U.S., but his record breaking slayage extends to home soil too.

Lifted by ‘Shape Of You,’ the set has become the fastest-selling album in the U.K. by a male artist ever, shifting more than the fastest album of 2016, David Bowie‘s ‘Blackstar.’

The Brit singer’s third studio effort clocks in with a triumphant 672,000 units in its first week. An extension of his dominance can also be seen in the fact that all 16 tracks of his March 3rd release have made it to the top 20.

Becoming the third fastest seller ever, only Adele‘s ‘25‘ (800,000) and OasisBe Here Now‘ (696,000) raked in higher first week totals in the U.K.

To celebrate his colossal success, the singer headed to the Breakfast Club to enjoy drinks and a lackadaisical conversation with DJ Envy and Charlamagne.
