Latto surprised her dedicated fans (affectionately called #Jackpots) earlier this week with news her next single, ‘Sunday Service,’ would hit digital shelves on Friday (February 9).
The report conveniently hit the Web hours after fellow rapstress Ice Spice confirmed the two were at odds, leading many to believe ‘Sunday’ would serve as the former’s official clap back to the latter’s most recent hit ‘Think U the Sh-t (Fart).’
However, a snippet of ‘Sunday’ actually first hit Latto’s Tik Tok in January ahead of the two’s headline-grabbing beef.
“I get loud just like my weed, I don’t watch my tone with n**gas / I hang up the phone on n**gas / You ain’t my daddy, b**ch, I’m big momma / Every time y’all put me with them h**s, it’s gon’ be big drama / 20 black Suburbans, we pull up like Sunday service,” she spits on the sizzling new cut.
