The battle for the Billboard 200’s top spot proves yet again that all – and we do mean all – is fair in love and war.

Drake, whose streams of his latest album ‘Views’ have literally dominated the history books and current charts, was set to finally be ousted from the top spot this week thanks to legendary rockers Red Hot Chili Peppers and their new album, ‘The Getaway.’

A turn of events came when, during the last two days of the Nielsen tracking week, Drizzy and team gave his SPS numbers a boost after a sale saw the album’s price slashed to $6.99.

The result?

Drake’s ‘Views’ holds tight to the #1 position on the Billboard 200 for an 8th consecutive week – with just 6,000 copies difference between he and the Peppers.  But, just in case you were wondering where all of your other favorites landed on this week’s refreshed chart, you can look below to find out:

In case you’ve missed any of the action, the ever outspoken ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Nene Leakes may have stuck her recently upgraded nose in the wrong place when she playfully called out Lil Kim‘s plastic surgery woes.

After surpassing King of Pop Michael Jackson‘s and Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin‘s respective Hot 100 records it now appears Rihanna has another musical monarch in her sights – King of Rock & Roll Elvis Presley.

Indeed, the pop princess – whose Rih-lentless onslaught of chart-toppers has seen her lay waste to many-a-Billboard chart stat of the genre’s legends (see: Madonna, Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson, Whitney Houston, and more) – is set to to add Presley’s historic accomplishments to her list of casualties.

Pop pin-up Nick Jonas has uncaged his latest collection of jams in the form of sophomore album ‘Last Year Was Complicated.’

The ‘Close’ led set recently opened at #2 on the Billboard 200 with 67,000 combined sales and streaming units.

Not resting the laurels of the project’s initial success, the former Jonas Brothers member continues the push with a performance on Sole Sessions.

Produced by Creative Recreation, the set follows the announcement that the 23-year-old will serve as the ambassador for the footwear firm. He will also star in an upcoming print and digital campaign.
