‘Prison Break’ is back.

The smash hit FOX production has been off-air for seven years yet remained popular thanks to its cult-like popularity (and Netflix).

Much to the joy of viewers, it was confirmed last year that FOX had commissioned another season of the Wentworth Miller led show. Officially billed as a “special event” block of episodes, it functions as the show’s fifth instalment.

Secrecy had encased the new plot, yet all of that changed today when an official trailer was unleashed.

With Michael (Miller) once again behind bars in Morocco, can his clan (led by brother Phillip) get him out?

Filmmaker Lee Daniels continues to build his television ‘Empire.’

As the creator of the hit FOX show, he has this week unveiled his latest offering ‘STAR.’

Again rooted in the realm of music, the series (which stars Queen Latifah) is set in Atlanta and tells the tale of three talented singers who are desperate for a new start. With ambitions of stardom, the show follows the ladies as they navigate the cut-throat music business on their road to success.

‘Coffee’ crooner Miguel is set to serve up some hot performances in every corner of North America thanks to the ‘‘Nostalgic for the Present” Tour, starring Sia.

The ‘Chandelier’ songstress, as revealed via video announcement today, is swinging into a town near you and has opted to bring the Grammy-winning crooner along for the ride.  Kicking off this September in Seattle, the trek will see the duo venture to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Toronto, Atlanta, and many-a-hot spot in between before bringing the tour to a November close in Texas.

After seeing its lead single ‘Team’ tank and fail to crack the Billboard Hot 100’s top 40 (peaking at #42), Grammy-nominated rapstress Iggy Azalea has gone back to the drawing board for her official sophomore album ‘Digital Distortion.’

Coming as the follow-up to 2014’s ‘The New Classic,’ ‘Distorion’ has seen its campaign clouded and preceded by drama (see:  engagement woes, allegations of cultural misappropriation, more) and has had an undoubted uphill battle since its announcement.  But, as revealed on Twitter recently, the saucy Aussie is vowing to press forward with a reworked edition of the set with hopes of generating a better response from the buying public.

Despite being the victor of many-a-social media battle over her short, but storied career, Azealia Banks met her match when she crossed paths with the unlikeliest of opponents:  14-year-old Disney star Skai Jackson.

Jackson, best known for her infamous “sitting” meme, politely sat and shat all over Banks via Twitter – a bout that’s now gone down in infamy for the self-proclaimed “Yung Rapunxel.”

The diva supreme draws the curtain back on her lavish world in her aptly titled docu-series ‘Mariah’s World.’

Set to premiere this summer, the show follows the 46-year-old as she treks the globe on her ‘Sweet Sweet Fantasy Tour’, preps for marriage to billionaire fiance James Packer, and juggles motherhood with music.
