Fifth Harmony broke all the way out this year with the release of debut album ‘Reflection.’

Powered by a series of seismic singles, it was third effort ‘Worth It’ that really wowed and brought the recognition the Epic Records outfit have been so deserving of.

One of such honors bestowed upon the quintet was the title of Group of the Year, which was awarded to them at the 2015 Billboard Women In Music gala.

The annual special aired last night on Lifetime and saw Dinah, Normani, Camila, Lauren, and Ally rock the house with a female empowerment medley – comprised of ‘Worth It,’ Destiny’s Child‘s ‘Independent Women,’ and Sister Sledge‘s classic cut ‘We Are Family.’

Kelly Rowland is coming!

Having spent much of 2015 expanding her television portfolio via shows such as ‘Empire’ and her upcoming BET series ‘Chasing Destiny,’ the R&B chanteuse will re-affix her focus on music in the New Year.

Fans won’t be waiting long either. Because in a new interview with Insider, the solo Grammy winner revealed that she’s in intense rehearsals for a brand new video.

Mariah Carey is in fighting form.

After a several years of being consistently inconsistent, the songbird’s voice sounds both refreshed and revitalised. Indeed, many are hailing her pipes as more powerful than they’ve been in years.

Much of this praise stems from her Christmas shows at the Beacon Theatre this week.

Carey journeyed through her catalogue of smashes with more confidence and stronger vocal output than she’s showed in the longest.

The Braxtons are renown for bringing the drama on their WE tv series ‘Braxton Family Values.’

Yet, Toni, Trina, Traci, Towanda, and Tamar are keen prove they can still bring the theatrics vocally.

The ladies took centre-stage on The Real today in support of their new Christmas LP, which is aptly titled ‘Braxton Family Christmas.’

Together, the talented quintet served up a super-charged showing of ‘Mary, Did You Know’ – a firm fan favourite from the album (which hit stores in October).

Christmas is just one week away, but JoJo is spreading Holiday cheer early.

The pint-sized powerhouse sprung a surprise on fans tonight with the release of a new free EP titled ‘#LoveJoJo2.’

Boasting production from the likes of Noisecastle III, JordanXL and Austin Brown, the set (which is a sequel of sorts to 2014’s ‘Love JoJo’) is comprised of a cover of Soul II Soul‘s ‘Back To Life,’ and a super turnt up trap-mix of ‘When Love Hurts’ (which is juxtaposed with paired with Mary J. Blige‘s ‘Real Love.’

Also present is piano led ballad ‘Thinking Out Loud’ and a dalliance with retro Dance, which like the project more broadly is ‘Right On Time.’

Chris Brown crowns a week of video activity with the release of yet another visual – which us christened ‘Little More.’

The clip, which features the crooner’s daughter Royalty, arrives on the day his like-titled new album hit stores.

Unlike most who opt to spotlight their offspring in videos, Brown doesn’t do it for the cute factor alone. No. Little Miss Royalty is actively part of the narrative.

In a testament to C. Breezy’s ambitiousness, the video advances a storyline that has played out across the span of preceding six visuals [‘Liquor,’ Zero,’ ‘Fine By Me,’ ‘Back to Sleep,’ ‘Wrist,’ ‘Anyway,’ and ‘Picture Me Rollin’.’]

The Monica promo train has been seriously hitting the track this week in support of her 8th opus ‘Code Red’ (in stores today).  After a whirlwind Stateside tour, the diva continued a grueling promo schedule that saw stops at ‘Huffington Post,‘ ‘Wendy,’ ‘Breakfast Club,’ and so much more.

Most recently she was spotted chatting it up with our friends at Hot 97.  There, she was quizzed on her rumored beef with fellow Atlantan hitmaker Ciara, dished on her relationship with Brandy, and reflected on some of her fondest memories with pop icon/mentor Whitney Houston.
