Indeed, before the latest season of her hit series ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ comes to an end the Reality TV royal joined her husband Steven ‘Stevie J’ Jordan in Los Angeles where the pair are hard at work on a romantic comedy and the latter’s return to R&B’s scene as a producer.
Now, as the show continues to be plagued by unconvincing storylines fronted by the likes of Kirk and Rasheeda Frost, the Jordans have found a supporter in the rapper Game.
Yes, last night saw the trio hit the studio as the latter continues to build material for his new LP the ‘Documentary 2’ with the help of Sevyn Streeter and ‘Unlove You’ singer Lyrica Anderson.
That’s been the question on the lips of many after the 41-year-old was allegedly axed from The Real Housewives of Atlanta – a departure which came following her confirmed firing from The Rickey Smiley Morning Show.
In a bid to, perhaps, do some damage control, the outspoken star stopped by ‘The Breakfast Club’ on Power 105.1 today to dish all.
According to Jordan, although she isn’t formally involved with the upcoming season of ‘Housewives,’ her status is more pending than it is final.
Check out the interview with Charlamagne, DJ Envy, and Angela Yee after the jump. It makes for a great watch.
The R&B songbird is prepping new album ‘Code Red’ for release later this year and hit the BET Players Awards last night to perform its lead single ‘Just Right For Me.’
Cheered on by basketball playing husband Shannon Brown, the Grammy winner rocked out with a full band and troop of dancers.
As if Taylor Swift vs. Nicki Minaj and, later, her booMeek Mill vs. Drake wasn’t enough, famed blogger Perez Hilton had to get in on the action by congratulating all “people of color” whose names were on the nomination lists of the 2015 MTV VMAs (unveiled yesterday).
His failed attempt to shade Minaj did not go unnoticed, nor did its follow-up diss to her ‘Feeling Myself’ co-star Beyonce. Comparing the diva to Rihanna and slamming her for ‘song stealing,’ Hilton got a swift reminder from the #Beyhive why it’s never a good idea to come for Bey.
Fifth Harmony‘s ‘Worth It’ may already be Platinum coated courtesy of the RIAA, but the ladies are not stopping the promo push for their Summer anthem.
Continuing their no stone unturned approach, the Epic Records quintet rocked the house at the 1st annual BET Players Awards last night.
And their titillating performance may very be one of their best TV showings yet.
Watch the blossoming divas dominate the stage after the jump…
The rapper Meek Mill may be romantically tied to Drake’s Young Money pal Nicki Minaj but that hasn’t stopped him from taking aim at the performer with tweets that were published recently.
Rihanna continues her now trademark trend of announcing everything but the release of her new album.
The brand powerhouse lives up to such billing with the reveal of her latest fragrance ‘RiRi by Rihanna’ – which she unveiled the first ad for on social media moments ago. Check it out above.
Little else is known about the scent (which follows the likes of ‘Reb’l Fleur’ and ‘Rogue‘) other than the fact it’s “coming soon.” A phrase that’s become all too familiar for fans of the Bajan model.
Still, kudos where due; her music may not be selling (as intended) but her brand is booming.
