As we reported here, late Grammy-winning soulstress Amy Winehouse will see her troubled story told in a candid way via ‘Amy,’ a forthcoming tell-all documentary directed by Asif Kapadia.
Featuring “extensive unseen archive footage and previously unheard tracks” from the singer, the film – set to premiere in U.S. theaters on July 10th – will come nearly 4 years after her tragic death on July 23, 2011.

There, the likes of Kerry Washington and Cicely Tyson rubbed shoulders as their achievements on the small screen were celebrated as they enjoy successful runs on ‘Scandal’ and ‘How To Get Away With Murder’ respectively.
This week’s Hot 100 sees ‘See You Again’ – the latest hit from Wiz Khalifa – in the #1 spot again. Notching his fifth week at the tally’s perch, the emcee clocks the longest run at #1 by a rapper since Eminem reigned with his Rihanna-assisted number ‘Love the Way You Lie’ in 2010.
With no indication of slowing down anytime soon, the ‘Fast and the Furious’ soundtrack number leads a fairly stagnant, male dominated top 5 with The Weekend, Fetty Wap, and Bruno Mars helping fill out the rest of the space.
Elsewhere on charts, the week’s most talked about entry – Britney Spears & Iggy Azalea‘s ‘Pretty Girls’ – is sitting pretty in the top 30 with an impressive debut fueled mostly by sales.
