The pair also caught up recently and shared the snap above on social media moments ago.

Taking to Twitter, Missy – whose comeback effort ‘WTF (Where They From)’ now arrives November 12th – wrote:

Here’s hoping the ladies catch up on a video set pronto. The world is waiting for that all-out dance visual from Janet and it’s important – while aiming for longevity – to not miss a crucial window of opportunity to slay.

Before they face off in what is shaping up to be its biggest reunion yet ‘Love & Hip Hop Hollywood‘s Milan Christopher and Miles Brock have seen details from their relationship surface during the latter’s interview with ‘The Breakfast Club.’

How one might describe the rapper’s conversation with the radio show? Not safe for work and damning…not for Miles but for Milan who is reportedly envious of Brock’s rising star and-according to his sister- has a colourful legal record.

All roads lead to December for August Alsina as the R&B heartthrob is set to warm a few hearts this winter with his sophomore release ‘This Thing Called Life,’ courtesy of Def Jam Records.

Launched by lukewarm-received tunes ‘Song Cry’ and ‘Why I Do It,’ the New Orleans-native is looking to kick anticipation for the project – in stores December 11th – into overdrive by unveiling its official cover (seen above) and lending a “sneak peek” via a recently released album trailer.

It may have literally taken 25 years, but fans of the Braxton family will finally get their hands on a new studio effort from the quintet.  Indeed, sisters Toni, Traci, Towanda, Trina, and Tamar have teamed for their long-awaited collabo album, an 8-song holiday themed affair titled ‘Braxton Family Christmas.’

Hitting shelves last week, the project is already winning rave reviews from fans.  Now, via the release of the set’s lead single ‘Every Day is Christmas,’ they’re hoping you’ll share the sentiment.

As the age old adage goes:  all good things must come to an end.  And, as Grammy nominated R&B trio SWV can attest to this week, the saying has never been truer.

After two seasons of sharing their musical highs and lows with devoted fans, weak ratings ultimately led to the ‘Weak’ singers seeing their reality show ‘SWV Reunited’ axed from the WeTV roster.  The announcement, lent by the group via their official Facebook page this weekend, comes as a shock for viewers who’d been inquiring about the show’s season 3 return.

All aboard the sooooouulll traaain!

Las Vegas was the place to be last night as the 2015 Soul Train Awards rolled all up and through!  Hosted by the Grammy-winning Queen of Neo-Soul Erykah Badu, the show sought to tribute the best and brightest of hip hop and R&B with blazing performances from the likes of Brandy, Fantasia, Jazmine Sullivan, R. Kelly, and  so many more.

BET & Centric are set to air the ceremony on Sunday, November 29 at 8P/7C! But, before you get to see what all the performers served up on stage, check out the designer duds, do’s, and dont’s donned on the show’s red carpet.

Donut-licking diva Ariana Grande may be in Europe hot on the promo trail for her latest single ‘Focus,’ but now it seems she’s the focus of yet another controversy for ‘primadonna’ behavior.

Reports are swarming the songstress was due to be on ‘The Jonathan Ross Show’ for an episode to air Saturday, but abruptly cancelled at the last minute with no explanation.  Word has it Ross is fuming as a result.

Cop a gander of Christina Aguilera!

The diva shared a shot of herself on the set of a new photoshoot with famed photographer David LaChapelle.

Currently working on the follow-up to 2012’s ‘Lotus,’ the elusive chanteuse teased the brand new visuals on Instagram. She wrote:

LaChapelle x Xtina type of day!#staytuned ????

The pair have previously teamed up for the ‘Can’t Hold Us Down’ video as well as a number of promotional shoots. LaChapelle also helmed the clips for Britney Spears’ ‘Everytime,‘ Gwen Stefani’s ‘Rich Girl,’ and Amy Winehouse’s ‘Tears Dry On Their Own.’

No word on the timeline for Xtina’s musical return, but what is known is that she’s set to return to The Voice next Spring.
