Adele has crashed Billboard’s digital charts this week with ‘Skyfall’ – the theme to the forthcoming James Bond film of the same name.  Besting sales of last week’s best sellers Rihanna and Ke$ha, Adele’s storm of charts is bested only by country princess Taylor Swift whose third single boasted 312k in first week sales.

Things are certainly on  up-and-up for ‘A Different Me’ maestra Keyshia Cole.

With her latest Lil’ Wayne-assisted single ‘Enough of No Love’ burning up R&B charts, the songstress has already readied its successor ‘Trust & Believe’.

And, after news her new BET reality show – ‘Family First’ – was a ratings winner as the “#1 new reality series debut telecast on cable in 2012 among total viewers and adults”, it’s safe to say Mrs. Cole-Gibson is #winning!

Whichever way you look at it, Rita Ora is indeed 2012’s breakout star.

Rocketing to global notoriety back in February, the last few months have seen the singer’s debut album ‘ORA’ secure opportunities very few artists can honestly say they wouldn’t kill for.

From a lucrative stint on the summer leg of Coldplay‘s ‘Mylo Xyloto’ Tour to performing cuts from the project on the ‘On Air With Ryan Seacrest’ show, Campaign Rita has been a roaring success.

However, all of these may pale in comparison to news she shared with fans today, which saw her reveal she has taken ‘meetings’ with the esteemed folk over at ‘Vogue’.

Seems like Christina Aguilera isn’t the only one weighing in on a certain diva showdown!

Legendary rocker/former Fleetwood Mac frontwoman Stevie Nicks sent shockwaves over the industry when she weighed in on the Nicki Minaj/Mariah Carey debacle from a Charlotte audition of ‘American Idol’.

While the two-some have torn fans on who was right, its clear that Nicks has taken Carey’s side in the showdown.  Her statements were met with so much backlash, the 64-year-old singer was prompted to issue an apology.

Though it is already one of the highest selling LPs of the year with 1 million copies sold worldwide, there’s no denying Nicki Minaj’s ‘Roman Reloaded‘ is under performing in the US.

Ironically, though she is far more ‘well known’ today than she was during the release of her debut LP ‘Pink Friday’, the mishandling of many a single has seen ‘Reloaded’ fail to live up to its initial hype.

So now, in a bid to push its overall sales, she is to re-release the project this November.

This morning saw Twitter set alight with chatter over last night’s 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards.

Already drumming up buzz from the beef between rappers Rick Ross and Young Jeezy, the televised showing got viewers chatting for reasons other than the showdown between the hip hop heavyweights.

Indeed, Ross’ MayBach Music Group’s latest inductee and former B2K frontman Omarion joined the Biggest Bawse on stage for what was expected to be a sizzling performance of their tune ‘Ice Cold’.  However, unbeknownst to both, the fire was just starting:

Rita Ora enjoyed the company of Solange Knowles last night, when they both arrived at the launch of ‘Absolut Tune’ in NYC last night.

Showing their support for the alcoholic beverage, the ROC sisters both beamed in white numbers weeks before Rita performs at the 2012 European Music Awards and one week after Solange released her new single ‘Losing You’ on iTunes.
