The ‘Baby I’ belter ups her edgy in an eye-catching new photoshoot in support of her hotly anticipated sophomore album (due this Summer).

Now 20, it appears the vocal powerhouse is keen to shed her ultra wholesome image and instead embrace a more risque look. Somewhat.

Explaining the shoot on Twitter, Grande told her 15 million followers:

been doing lots of experimental shoots lately for upcoming music, wanted to share some shots.. sorry for the late 60s timeline invasion haha

No need to apologize; she looks hot tamale. More importantly, though, the visuals have us even more excited for her new material.

Kelly Rowland is wasting no time piecing together of her fifth studio album.

Having recently announced her departure from Universal Republic, the R&B diva has begun work on the project as she mulls over the new label offers.

Billboard recently caught up with the ‘Motivation’ maven, who dished on the creation of the as-yet-untitled LP. What’s more, in news that will no doubt delight the singer’s ever loyal “Rowland Stones”, the 33-year-old revealed that she has already recruited hitmaker Pharrell Williams for the project.

Did ‘Jealous Ones Still Envy‘ singer R.Kelly attempt to sabotage Joe‘s career?

Unfortunately, the answer to that question is…yes, if a recent interview given by the latter is anything to go by.

For, in going a long way to shed light on the hit maker’s supposedly unscrupulous personality, the ‘Table for Two‘ talent has claimed that Kelly made numerous attempts to have him shoved out of the R&B game…all to no avail.

Yes, despite the songstress and the song’s co-stars Yo-Yo, MC Lyte, and Queen Latifah looking better than ever, there have indeed been two decades to pass since the smash song bore a remix with the day’s leading female rappers.

Reuniting on Queen’s top rated talk show, the diva shared news on her role on BET’s ‘The Game,’ developing her own sitcom, plans for new music, movies, and tours this year, and even teased a ‘I Wanna Be Down’ (remix) live performance.

Indeed, the Midwestern beauty has conquered many-a-platform in her rise to the top – a rise that has been fueled by no shortage of Grammy wins, critically acclaimed solo outings, and Broadway deliveries (including a recently announced venture on the revived “Jesus Christ Superstar” national tour).
