Plans, which may inadvertently see Rita beat her rival in being the first starlet at the label to score a #1 debut album.

Despite its positive intent, Lady GaGa‘s 2011 effort ‘Born This Way’ wasn’t as well received by some of the singer’s fans as it was from others.

Ironically, though boasting groundbreaking production from Hip Hop producer DJ White Shadow, the LP failed to live up to the response garnered by its older sisters, ‘Fame‘ and ‘The Fame Monster’, billed as ‘overproduced’ and pretentious by British publication NME.

Minutes ago, Rita Ora took to her hometown of Ladbroke Grove/Bayswater West London for the UK album signing of ‘ORA‘, her first album.

Greeted by hoards of fans as she arrived at the location- which also housed Nicki Minaj’s ‘Roman Reloaded’ signing earlier this year- Rita will find out how fruitful her promo efforts have been once the charts roll in this Sunday.
