With new single ‘Put It Down’ burning up iTunes, Brandy is putting in ample face-time on the media-circuit. Her latest stop? The NARM Music Biz Awards, which was held at the Hyatt Regency Plaza in California last night.

Sporting a bouncy new hair ‘do, the 33 year old turned heads in a strapping black dress as she arrived on the carpet of the event which saw Katy Perry and legend Lionel Richie were honored.

As reported here, Pop partners Usher and Justin Bieber are the latest stars to grace the cover of Billboard magazine.  Interestingly, Ush and his pop protege are also on duty May 20th for the Billboard Awards and expected to impart live renditions of their latest hits ‘Climax’/‘Scream’ and ‘Boyfriend’ respectively.

‘On the Floor’ hitmaker Jennifer Lopez reminded all of how she gets down on the floor when she took tonight’s viewers of American Idol to task with her latest ‘Dance Again’.  ‘Again’, the first song lifted from Lopez’s forthcoming greatest hits collection, may not be performing as well on charts as some of the hits that will accompany it on the disc.

That, however, didn’t stop the mom-of-two from bringing the house down at tonight’s Idol showing.
