R&B pioneer Charlie Wilson kicked off Black Music Month with a rousing set on NPR’s Tiny Desk.

Backed by an energized band, the revered vocalist took flight with a sweet suite of tracks from his stacked catalog.

The nearly 30-minute set saw Wilson wow with showings of bops such as ‘Computer Love,’ ‘There Goes My Baby,’ ‘I’m Blessed, ‘Sweet Yamz,’ ‘Outstanding,’ and ‘Yearning For Your Love.’

Shameik Moore and Hailee Steinfeld return as a formidable force in ‘Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.’

Directed by the trio Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson, the film follows Miles Morales / Spider-Man (Moore) who is flung across the Multiverse with Gwen Stacy / Spider-Woman (Steinfeld), where they encounter a team of Spider-People protecting its existence.

However, when the superheroes struggle to cement a concrete means of navigating the threat, they face their tallest task yet.

Ahead of the film’s release, That Grape Juice‘s Samuel Eni sat down with the duo, who dished on what audiences can expect from the must-see blockbuster.

Khia has long played by her own rules.

So, true to form, the femcee has tossed the rulebook out the window and decided to shoot a video for a song from her catalog named ‘Like Me.’

The braggadocious track first arrived 15 years ago as part of Khia’s ‘Nasti Muzik’ project.

And now, almost two decades later, it’s been paired with a visual.

Within the clip, Khia takes on a number of different looks while asserting “them h*es can’t do it like me.”
