Willow fans going crazy for the singer’s latest album, ‘empathogen,’ see her do a little of the same in the music video for the project’s new single ‘Run.’

The follow-up to ‘Big Feelings’ and ‘Symptom of Life,’ the visual for ‘Run’ – another favorite from the critically acclaimed LP – sees the 23-year-old wage war against the imprisonment of the intrusive thoughts in her head.

“I can’t get out / No, no, I can’t get out / No, I can’t get out / This pattern, it’s maddening / Making a tragedy happen that’s not even real,” she wails on the Chris Greatti-produced track.

After scoring critical acclaim with El Alfa for the tunes ‘No Manana‘ (2020) and ‘Simply the Best‘ (2022), Black Eyed Peas are reteaming with the Dominican hitmaker – this time for the new song ‘Tonight’ found on the soundtrack ofBad Boys: Ride or Die (the forthcoming fourth installment of the iconic film franchise ‘Bad Boys‘ starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence).

Also featuring award-winning songstress Becky G, ‘Tonight’ is bolstered by a prominent sample of Corona’s 1993 single ‘Rhythm of the Night’ and interpolations of Genesis‘ 1987 classic ‘Tonight, Tonight, Tonight.’

“We about to take flight (Tonight) / Like Hubble Telescope satellite (Tonight) / Insomniac, we gon’ work it all night (Tonight) / Maniac, nah, we don’t party light (Tonight),” they sing on the Johnny Goldstein production.

As the credits have rolled on the Queen Latifah-hosted 55th annual NAACP Image Awards, which aired Saturday (February 25) on BET, eyes are turning to the event’s truest star:  its coveted trophies.

It’s been days since Mo’Nique set the net ablaze with her fiery interview aboard Shannon Sharpe‘s ‘Club Shay Shay‘ podcast, but that certainly hasn’t stopped chatter around the chat’s broached topics – especially commentary related to Tiffany Haddish, Kevin Hart, Tyler Perry, Oprah Winfrey, and D.L. It’s almost time for the 55th Annual NAACP Image Awards.

Unveiling its full list of nominations today, the prestigious awards honor actors, actresses, singers, authors, and activists of color, in and out of the entertainment industry.

Usher, Fantasia, Colman Domingo, ‘The Color Purple’, Victoria Monét, Ayo Edebiri, and ‘Rustin’ are among the names nominated multiple times across the category tally – which includes music, film, and TV nominees.

The same day the Jeymes Samuel-directed Biblical comedy ‘The Book of Clarence’ opened in theaters nationwide (January 12) so did its star-studded soundtrack on major digital streaming platforms everywhere.

While the movie boasts big names like LaKeith Stanfield, Teyana Taylor, Caleb McLaughlin, Alfre Woodard, and others, its companion album bagged contributions from the likes of Lil Wayne, D’Angelo, Doja Cat, Kodak Black, Jorja Smith, and JAY-Z (who also serves as the musical project’s executive director).
