The absence of her new album, the follow-up to 2014’s chart-topping, ‘Pinkprint,’ has by no means meant an absence for Nicki Minaj.

This week alone the rapstress made her presence felt in music videos alongside rapper Yo Gotti (‘Rake It Up’) and Katy Perry (‘Swish Swish’), and now the ‘No Frauds’ hitmaker is ready to put a praise on it with gospel songstress Tasha Cobbs-Leonard.

Taking to the mic, Minaj spits:

“Multimillion dollar commercials for Pepsi / From food stamps to more ice than Gretzky / I don’t gotta talk, the Lord defends me / I watched them all fall for going against me / Me and all my angels shot the devil up / While you was trying to pull me down, I leveled up.”

#Barbz in need of a Nicki fix have gotten more than their fill in 2017.

The rapstress, who not only set but also extended a historic lead among women on the Hot 100 earlier this year, is looking to ensure none of her closest competitors come anywhere near threatening the record.  And, after one listen of ‘Skrt On Me,’ her brand new collabo with Calvin Harris, her mission will most likely be accomplished.

Found on the famed DJ/producer’s star-studded ‘Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1’ (in stores June 30), the sexy Summertime single sees the Trinidadian beauty tap into her island roots over a soca/dancehall-inspired instrumental.

From ‘Beez in the Trap’ to ‘Pretty Girls Like Trap,’ rappers 2 Chainz and Nicki Minaj are showing off their chemistry again with their newest collaboration, ‘Realize.’

One of many big names to join Chainz on his new album (available now via Def Jam), ‘Realize’s reputation precedes it – to say the least – as it houses yet another collection of disses to Minaj’s newest nemesis, Remy Ma.

With stinging lyrics that hear the Harajuku Barbie allege Ma’s husband, rapper Papoose, wrote the bars on the now infamous ‘Shether,’ tuck in to hear this and everything else Minaj had to say in ‘Realize’:

Your thoughts?

Following days of speculation, Katy Perry has confirmed her collaboration with Nicki Minaj in the most emphatic way possible – the premiere of new song ‘Swish Swish.’

Lifted from the Pop tart’s new album ‘Witness’ (due June 9th), the track is aimed at the clubs and boasts 90s dance influences.

Did the duo deliver dynamite? What are you waiting for? Listen below and let us know..

Errrr….this is not cute.

These late vogueing anthems Katy has been serving up of late are becoming quite alarming.

Nicki’s verse, while commendable, packs a lot (including a subtle Remy Ma jab) but not enough to save an altogether forgettable song about…nothing.

Katy, this era is officially worrying.

Jason Derulo is pouring out more for fans to ‘Swalla.’

Re-joined by Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign, the singer has today served up the ‘After Dark Remix’ of their club jam.

A more stripped back affair, the new incarnation of the track skews somewhat acoustic.

Thus far, the original has peaked at #42 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Can the new version help it climb higher? Listen below and let us know…

It’s definitely…different. We commend the effort, especially as it’s a nod to times of past when a remix brought something entirely fresh to the table rather than a pasted in verse.

Surprise!

Nicki Minaj re-teams with Lil Wayne on David Guetta’s new club jam ‘Light My Body Up.’

The high-octane cut is lifted from the Dance DJ’s upcoming project and sees Onika continue her flood of the airwaves. Indeed, since the start of the year, she’s been dropping track after track, feature after feature.

Does her latest hit the bullseye? Check out the lyric video below and let us know…

Your career gon’ be with Anna Nicole with your dumbass face. You see silly rabbit To be the queen of rap, you gotta sell records, you gotta get plaques  S plural like the S on my chest / Now sit your dumbass down, you got a F on your test.

It’s safe to say that Nicki Minaj is at her best when faced with the threat of a contest.

Indeed, after dishing up ‘The Pink Print’ in the face of the industry’s championing of Iggy Azalea, the return of Remy Ma seems to have ignited a fresh fire in Minaj’s pen.

How she chose to flaunt that flame? By way of Gucci Mane’s new number ‘Make Love.’

Jason Derulo has proven himself a formidable force on the singles charts, yet he may very well be an unstoppable one with new single ‘Swalla.’

Issued as the lead release from his latest studio album, the track teams the singer with Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign. And the result sounds like a smash in waiting.

Caribbean-kissed, stacked with memorable samples, and right in the thick of what’s contemporarily hot, the trio may very well have nabbed their next hit with the Ricky Reed production.

With ‘Fifty Shades Darker‘ due in theaters on Valentine’s Day, Nicki Minaj and Nick Jonas get braggadocios on their raunchy new song ‘Bom Bidi Bom.’

Featured on the sensual flick’s soundtrack, ‘Bidi Bom’ finds the duo depicting their sexual prowess over a familiar beat; one that references the original ’94 ‘Bidi Bidi Bom Bom‘ #1 single by Selena.

While Jonas impressively croons with two verses and the hook, Nicki adds dancehall-inspired verse to close things out.

Nicki Minaj has promised a slew of fresh material in 2017 and kicks things off with a fire-filled feature on Major Lazer‘s new single ‘Run Up.’

Also boasting OVO’s PARTYNEXTDOOR on its line-up, the flavorsome track follows the group’s summer smash ‘Cold Water.’

As for Nicki, she aims to please with her pen-game, spitting:

“He call me Queen, he know “nicki” is the monicker. He want a mix between Hillary & Monica. Switch it up…RIP the beat, then I STITCH it up
