The Weeknd‘s work rate is proving itself more potent by the day.

Currently on the ‘After Hours Til Dawn Tour,’ the superstar is fresh off the release of his recent album ‘Dawn FM’ which itself followed the seismic success of 2020’s ‘After Hours’ LP.

The booked and busy chanteur is also gearing up for a slate of projects on HBO – including scripted series ‘The Idol’ and concert special ‘The Weeknd Live at the SoFi Stadium’ (which premieres on February 25).

It appears more music is on the mind.

Lizzo is taking the UK by storm.

Fresh from winning Record of the Year at the GRAMMY Awards and performing at the BRIT Awards 2023, the Houston rocked London’s O2 Arena on the latest stop of her ‘Special Tour.’

Her most recent promotional spot was BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge, where she performed a special set.

During her spirited showing, Lizzo delivered a unique take on Sam Smith and Kim Petras‘ #1 hit ‘Unholy.’ Flute and all.

On Friday (February 17), P!nk went to chart battle with her ninth studio album, ‘Trustfall.’

Led by the singles ‘Never Gonna Not Dance Again,’ ‘When I Get There,’ and its title tune, the 13-track affair – which boasts appearances from The Lumineers, First Aid Kit, and Chris Stapleton – comes as her first studio effort since 2019’s ‘Hurts 2B Human.’

And while some of her fans initially expressed worry about the set’s commercial performance given that its best-performing single, ‘Never,’ has sonly peaked at #99 on the Billboard Hot 100 so far, the out-of-the-box global response to the effort is suggesting ‘Trustfall’ is off to a promising start.

As a leading comedian, Marlon Wayans has been bringing the funny for over 30 years.  And, as his third comedy special for HBO Max showcases, he shows no sign of slowing down.

Titled ‘Marlon Wayans Presents: God Loves Me,’ the actor-comic delivered a hilarious, boundary-pushing performance live at the Center Stage Theater in Atlanta.

Leaving few topics off limits, Wayans dished on everything from his personal life to the infamous Will Smith/Chris Rock OSCARS slap seen around the world and more.

I’m excited to be back in business with HBO Max. We’ve had a lot of success with my last two specials so this will be great. I know HBO Max and the sophisticated team of executives are notorious for being true tastemakers and snobs of comedy, so I am flattered that they found this special to be… special,” Marlon shared in an official statement.

Before the end of 2022, Christmas came early for fans of Ray J, Sammie, Bobby V, and Pleasure P when the 2000s R&B stars surprised with news they had formed a supergroup known as RSVP (as we reported here).

The announcement was accompanied with a taste of their first collective musical offering ‘Money Everywhere.’

Nearly two months later, the tune – which serves as the lead single from their yet-titled, forthcoming album – has been given the video treatment with famed director Antonio Ward at the helm.

“Girl let’s turn this bedroom into a strip club / It’s money everywhere / There’s money everywhere,” they sing in the chorus.

Today brings with it the hotly anticipated release of Marvel‘s ‘Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania.’

The third installment of the beloved franchise sees follows Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) and the Wasp (Evangeline Lilly), who find themselves navigating the Quantum Realm, encountering strange new creatures, and setting sail on a journey that pushes them beyond the boundaries of what they could have ever conceived as possible.

‘Quantumania’ also ushers in the arrival of Jonathan Major‘s character – adversary Kang the Conqueror.
