Coming to That Grape Juice in June 2011

This week has seen the buzz for Beyonce‘s new LP ‘4’ intensified. Indeed,the media scape has seen teaser after titillating teaser diffused by the singer’s camp to heighten interest in the eagerly anticipated project.

Building on that, a US listening party for the set was held at Sony Music HQ’s yesterday. The event, which saw select outlets treated to 5 songs from the LP; attendees were also privy to an advanced of the ‘Run The World (Girls)’ video which premieres tomorrow.

Brandy and Ray J‘s reality series ‘A Family Business’ may have ended, but that hasn’t stopped the pair and their parents from expanding their business interests.

This week, the tight-knit unit launched the Norwood Talent Agency Corporation at The Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, California. The firm aims to represent individuals across various entertainment platforms.

Let’s just hope it fares better than R&B Productions (searches iTunes for new Brandy or Ray J material). Although, a reliable source does tells That Grape Juice that the ‘Right Here (Departed)’ singer is on the verge of inking a new record deal – the small print of which is being ironed out as speak.

Here’s hoping it’s finalised sooner rather than later, as those effortless runs, adlibs, and trademark harmonies are missed. Sorely.

The lead single to be lifted from her upcoming ‘Jumping Trains‘ album, it is the first number to be released by the ‘Too Little Too Late‘ singer under her new label, Interscope.

Looking at least half their age, the Braxton sisters strike many a fierce pose in these new promotional shots for their hit We tv series ‘Braxton Family Values’.

The ladies, most certainly, have cause to flaunt; the show has been renewed for a second season – just 4 episodes in to its first run. Work!

The nauseatingly talented Pop princess shot the Anthony Mandler directed video for the cut last week.

Red head Rihanna sits washed up at sea in this new promotional shot for Vita Coco Water. The vocal powerhouse was unveiled as the new face of the brand, adding to her ever-growing list of endorsement deals (see: Nivea, Gucci, Covergirl).

Hate her or love her, Robyn continues to turn her lack of talent into a successful artform. More power to her.
