It’s almost time for the 57th Annual NAACP Image Awards.

Unveiling its full list of nominations today, the prestigious awards honor actors, actresses, singers, authors, and activists of color, in and out of the entertainment industry.

Cynthia Erivo, Doechii, Kendrick Lamar, Michael B. Jordan, Teyana Taylor, and ‘Sinners’ are among the names nominated multiple times across the category tally, which includes music, film, and TV nominees.

Voting is open now via NAACPImageAwards.net.

Salt-N-Pepa have hit a sour note in their long-running legal fight to reclaim ownership of their music.

The legendary Hip-Hop ensemble, comprised of Cheryl “Salt” James, Sandra “Pepa” Denton, and Deidra “Spinderella” Roper, had accused Universal Music Group of unlawfully blocking them from regaining control of their master recordings decades after release.

Central to their claim were contractual terms they claim were unjust.

However, a federal judge has ruled against them.
