    Wow, I really must admire what a fantastic business woman she is! In every interview since this whole Fame Monster campaign, she has thanked her fans, constantly refers to them as Monsters giving them a sense of being part of her exclusive club and is basically guranteeing herself good sales for the sophomore album!

    The b**** certainly knows how to fool people into thinking she’s a business woman, that’s for damn sure! Can’t hate on that now, can you. 😀

    Who does her makeup, Ru Paul?

    ughhghg…….ok i like gaga — but that ru paul reference was on the ball lololol!!! stop hating on here th0 awolluver, u sound like a fukn lame!!!! she IS a business woman whether u like it 0r not. the preformance was nice and shes really prom0ting the album well and THAT IS BUSINESS, PROMOTION!!! preformances, interviewing, putting out CD’S — THAT’S the business woman she is! ppl are so stupid……

    Oh GIVE ME A F****** BREAK…her albums, tours, interviews, signings…that’s the RECORDING LABEL’s business, freak, not HERS! You really think Gaga is booking her own s***? You really think she herself set up this interview and performance on Ellen? She’s not an indie artist dear, she’s on a major label, therefore you and I should BOTH know she has “little-to-none” when it comes to the general creative control of her career, and therefore is NOT a businesswoman. As if Interscope is gonna risk their s*** over a new artist whose not even established yet, please!

    The only thing she probably has a lot of control over (again, not FULL control, as your label oversees EVERYTHING – including image), is her wardrobe. Yes, I can definitely see that. I can’t possibly imagine that her labels, in their rightest of minds, would dress her up in the s*** she wears. They may not be against her weird style, but with Gaga, what you see is pretty much what you get, as well as who she is.

    Everything else, however, is ALL labelheads, sorry to inform you stan asses! Sure she writes her own s***, but unless she’s an independent artist, she has little say as to what songs go on her disc. She might (MIGHT) have a little bit of control in that aspect, depending on individual circumstance, but at the end of the day it is NOT the artist who calls the shots, it is the LABEL THAT THE ARTIST IS UNDER FULL CONTRACT WITH that makes the last call.

    KNOW THIS, Grapefruit, and the rest of her fans & stans. Knowledge is key!

    PUH-LEEEASE!!! Lady Gagorilla and Rihorror need to take a step to the left and stop trying to be music stars the true queen is Beyonce and always will be!

  6. AWOLLUVA November 28, 2009

    ^^^ Well, Pria, I actually have to disagree with you there…in order to be a queen, one must not be a stripper choreographed s****. And let’s face it, Beyonka is JUST that. However out of the three, Bey definitely wins. ‘What’ she wins, I have no idea, but she can certainly hold her own in an “ass clapping” competition against the other two…

    @AWOLLUVA your wrong, she brought in the big bucks this year for interscope and don’t forget she has her own production company ‘ haus of gaga ‘ so yes she makes a lot of the desiccions. for example, interscope wanted her to release only the fame monster deluxe edition inc the fame and the monster but she didn’t think it was fair, so she fought for it … she tore it up and created a whole new album. she doesn’t decide everything but she almost does !

    I like her more every time I see or hear her. I hope she isn’t manufactured by the label, because that would be devastating. We NEED artists like her. People who sing (in tune without studio trickery), dance/don’t just stand there like a plank of wood, do both at the same time or try to, write, don’t follow others’ fashion, and remember to thank their fans for putting them where they are.

    @AWOLLUVA

    stfu. dont come on here hating on gaga when you are just talking complete b*******.
    ever since she has came on the scene, she has had her own distinct style, created her own videos with the help of haus of gaga, created her own tours, heck, she even delayed the bad romance video one week in order to change and tweak the final production, so dont come hating on here when you dont know f*** all.

    and true about the comment when she scrapped the whole deluxe album, and released the fame monster by it self, along with the deluxe edition for the fans who dont own the fame, and can buy it for cheaper as well.

    omg i love lady gaga so much now! so what if she thanks her fans for every freakin interview? that just shows she care a lot, not some business gimicks! seriously people, when singers thank their fans, its truly from the bottom of their hearts. Not everyone wants to end up in britney’s shoes anyway.

    but i cant help realising ellen is so nervous, she is i think, a terrible interviewer!!

    @AWOLLUVA

    Let me tell you something. Do you really think she has little controll? You got to be kidding me right? If she left interscope records, all record labels would be giving her million dollar contracts. There is no other artist like lady gaga and public loves her, and she SELLS!

    She sells, so she has controll. If she wassn’t so succesfull, yes the record company would say “we’ll try something different”. But I think this is gaga all the way.

    Sometimes her costumes are creepy as hell but there is no denying the fact that the woman is talented, not to mention the fact that she can actually sing live.
