New Video: JLS – One Shot

Published: Friday 15th Jan 2010 by Sam

The video for JLS’ third single ‘One Shot’ premiered literally a few moment ago. Aside from the song being awful, its accompanying video is a boiling hot mess! A recession special if I’ve ever seen one, the dated choreography and all-round atrocious performances turned in from all involved make this cheese-fest that much worse. Most perplexing, however, is the fact that with these guys being so big (here in the UK), this will likely be a hit. SMH…

Tidbit: Why does JB never sing? (“Merry Christmas” LMAO!!!!!!!)

What do you think of the song / video?

In all fairness, this song is not the best on the album! Why the decided to release this is unfathomable! They’re still hot though. You’re right, they all can sing why does JB never get a lead.

Am I the only one that think this sounds like Ginuwine ONE CHANCE??? Sounds exactly the same and do they know nothing else but the constant cleveage shots haha, anyways when JB sings you may never get this moment again i swear i thought it was a girls voice, this is probably why he never sings

I totally disagree . the songs that sounds so nice should not be a single cos it enters the chart fast and leaves fast. a single should grow on you, i never tort broken heels from alexander should be a single, but it totally works. the video is uk standard and the song is top 5 uk standard. great song

I thought they were horrible when I was watching them on X-factor, so I don’t expect anything more now.

jls came second to Alexandra they are doing well here.Just try and be kind to Black acts trying to make it in the UK it is not easy-support our own and lift them up.We need to be encouraging to young people trying to better themselves.

i love this song…i think sam and trent should stop licking american artists and back homegrown talents. This song is not ATROCIOUS the video is ooook but the song is great nuff said.

I smell a copyright infringement lawsuit around the corner.

The chorus is an obvious rip-off of “Last Chance” by Ginuwine.
