Christina Aguilera and Cher sat down with ‘Entertainment Tonight’ to give a behind the scenes preview of their new movie ‘Burlesque’. The duo talked about their roles in the film where Aguilera plays a young singer who helps Cher with her struggling burlesque club. The film hits the big screen on November 24th.
I would be lying if I said that I was the least bit intrigued by this film. There have been at least 10 other productions with the exact same storyline and looking at the musical aspects, I have already started to get horrible flashbacks of the scream-fest that was Aguilera’s ‘Back 2 Basics’ LP. Hopefully, the movie is not as bad as it seems.

Trent is 4eva hating on every1 that is not mariah carey. We al no u a stan bt u getin worse than beydabess. Mariah carey has become irrelivant. Even lift me up did better than up out my face, angels cry n i wana no wat love is and it wasnt even officialy released while mariahs wer. I dnt bring down other artists bt i wil 2day seeing as u 4eva doin feature articals on how every1 is flopin bt we r stil 2 c 1 abt da flop mariah. Team xtina for life

OH REALLY you wanna talk screamfest.. ? lets not even go there cause Mimi is the queen of that. I am a fan of both MC and Xtina and this rubbish article you just wrote disgusts me. Back to Basics is a phenomenal record. You give all the lambs a bad name by bringing down other artists in the name of Mariah, maybe you just need to shut the hell up.

Xtina did not get a Grammy for Back to Basics she got it for Aint No Other Man – boo. And as an album it was her worst only 1x platinum in the US. This film looks so unoriginal like some type of played-out hybrid of Chicago, Moulin Rouge, Crossroads, and Coyote Ugly. EPIC FAIL!
