Ahead of the release of R. Kelly‘s new LP ‘Love Letter’ on December 14th, you can now stream the album in its entirety. Inspired by the soulful sounds of Sam Cooke and Marvin Gaye, the LP is one of two to come from the R&B pioneer – the second being ‘Zodiac’ which is due next year.

I’m really enjoying what the Pied Piper has on offer this go round. For despite opting for a throwback flavoured record this time, the quality of Kelly’s output was not compromised. A testament no doubt to the versatility of a man who remains one of modern R&B’s greats.Versatility being something a few new artists should take note of (see: Trey Songs aka ’My Sex Sells Gold But Not Platinum’)

Trey Songz will never be on R Kelly’s level. He should first try to be on on Chris Brown, Justin Timberlake or Usher’s Level before someone can compare to RKelly.

@Theivy – They both took their singing style from Charlie Wilson. Aaron Hall is nothing but a crackhead with no talent. Jamie Foxx portrayed Ray in a movie that doesn’t mean he did the whole song style. He’s NOT swagger jacking a damn thing. He’s paying homage to his influences Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, and many other soul artists. He already clarified this in an interview. Now STFU and stop hating.
