The television event, which was backed by a multi-million dollar promotional campaign, saw footage from the singer’s record-breaking tour paired with more intimate moments on the road. Moments,which really sold the star’s hustle, and ultimately legitimised her success. If legendary status is what she’s pursuing, this was yet another step in the right direction.

It was really good. I loved the message. Gaga took me to church! LOL. The performances were good, some great. Her vocals were amazing! Speechless/ You & I was my favorite performance.

I sincerely doubt that the reason why Beyonce hasn’t had an HBO concert special is because she hasn’t been approached to do one. However, I have doubts about whether any network channels would chomp at the bit to air Gaga’s show.
For all we know, Beyonce’s team decided that a network tv concert on Thanksgiving was going to be the better bet because of the potential for more exposure than cable would have garnered.
Network has more money to spend on programming than cable, which is why HBO even does concert specials in the first place because they are cheap to produce. ABC may have very well offered Beyonce more money, and you know how Bey is about her paper.
I don’t even stan for Bey, but I can’t even with certain people insinuating that Gaga is a better dancer/ performer than Beyonce. If Bey can get it together musically this era and smash, she’s probably going to play the Superbowl half time show this year. The NFL would sooner ask Alice Cooper to play that gig before asking Lady Gaga.

She needs to drop all the crazyness, because she dont need it, she proved that with her special. I guess they’re extra. Hell that proved if Gaga wanted to she could be “The Voice” this generation (like Aretha in the 60’s, Patti in the 70’s, Whitney in the 80’s, Mariah in the 90’s, & Xtina in the 00’s).
