I loved the documentary it just further shows how much of a dedicated, driven person she is. I like the fact she has a hand in ALL she does which is why she’s now managing herself. I like the fact she’s neither a “yes” woman nor a puppet. She has a direction and brings A LOT to the table versus certain artist who only go into the studio and sing songs with no creative input, or show up to a music video and do as they are directed instead of putting their own spin or creativity in it. I also loved the part where she said people become complacent and are often told how high they can go and she’s determined to push herself. In her words “she’s not having it”
She is SO adorable and towards the end when she started to cry when the Tofu dancers left, touched my heart. She’s SO appreciative and humble and I think that’s a beautiful trait seeing as though she’s SO huge but doesn’t look down on people, she speaks her mind and does it in a manner where she’s not talking down on you, she knows what she wants, she doesn’t need people to tell her how to think. And the fact she tracked those dancers down to learn the choreograph the RIGHT way shows how determined she is. She and Jay are TOO cute. And LOVE her and her mother’s relationship.
Lastly, I love the ending where she said she doesn’t have ANYTHING to prove to anyone, she’s an artist who’s serious about her shi*

The diva was lucky enough to avoid any stiff competition, tripling or more the sales from this week’s other new releases. Rookie rapper Big Sean’s debut effort Finally Famous is set for 90-95k; Selena Gomez lands the best first-week sales of her career with 75-80k for When The Sun Goes Down; American Idol star David Cook is looking at around 35-40k for his latest offering; Limp Bizkit are set to bomb with a measly 23-27k for their comeback album Gold Cobra, while the new Rave On Buddy Holly compilation album is set to do around the same.
While Bey’s established name was strong enough to put her in at No. 1, her first-week numbers are a sharp decline from her previous releases. 2006′s B’Day pushed an impressive 561k first week, while its follow-up I Am Sasha Fierce managed 482k. Even her debut Dangerously In Love posted higher numbers, with 317k. The predicted 275-300k for 4 puts Beyonce in the same field as Britney Spears, who sold 276k of her latest release Femme Fatale.
Interestingly enough, while Beyonce’s first-week numbers have grown smaller with her last three releases, her chart rival Rihanna has managed to consistently post higher and higher first-week sales with every album she releases.

This woman has heart, drive, humility, compassion and an amazing work ethic. Beyonce is a study for me and I honestly have to say that no other artist in this last decade move or impress me in this way. I love that she has absolutely no ego and she respects everyone journey and abilities. She doesn’t care where your from or what you have – it’s all about your talent and she is willing to learn from anyone that have something to contribute. She’s sucsessful because she remained a student, yet she doesn’t allow anyone to think for her – she’s found a great balance. Beyonce’s become an ideal performer, because of her growth artistcally and on her personal end. Beyonce was here! …and people will be speaking of her brilliance for decades to come.

Iwas bored and had nothing else to do, so I finally watched this. It was interesting, even though at some parts I was like, “Whatever”. So cute as a kid. If those African dancers don’t know her that’s because she doesn’t do as much touring in Africa (if she does any which I doubt), and not everyone spends their lives in front of the TV watching music vids.
