Any doubts surrounding Beyonce‘s hard-working nature were further quelled last night when the superstar was spotted on the set of yet another video. This time it’s ’4′ fan favourite ‘Party’ which received the visual treatment in a trailer park in New Jersey last night.
Joining the 29 year old on the colourful set were sister Solange and bandmate Kelly Rowland.
The work doesn’t stop there, either. For, industry outlet Video Static has confirmed that a clip for ‘Countdown’ has been commissioned and will be directed by Adria Petty – who took the helm of King B’s ‘Sweet Dreams’ video. If there’s any justice in the world, it’ll be better than that dollar-store effort.
Regardless, it’s great to see Ms. Knowles shooting clips for all the ‘right’ songs (word has it ‘End of Time’ has or will be shot too). Begging the question: just what is she cooking up behind the scenes? Whatever the case, it looks like ’4′ has much mileage to go.

Idk about y’all but as a DC STAN I’m happy Beyonce and Kelly both have albums out at the same time, and they’re both putting out singles & videos at the same time. All of these “FAKE ASS KELLY ROWLAND STANS” the video for “Lay it on Me” is done. She’s just waiting for the finale edit. And she’s shooting a video for “Feeling me right Now”. Her lable and management is doing what they said they was going to do, and that’s not care about first week sales in the “US” and just push the product.
Beyonce know just what to do to keep her name out there. I can never hate on a “Black WOMAN” doing what she loves to do since the world already do it. Hate Bey or love Bey her, her drive and passion is CRAZY. (I still hate Single Ladies tho).

I’m not sure about Turn It Up, but I think Work It Man or I’m That Chick is going to be released as a single. Kelly did a bunch or promotion but since the new Fall TV season didn’t start we’re not seeing it. Her new team is doing a good job, they’re keeping her very busy and getting her all kinds of endorsment deals. But she have to rebuild her “US” fan base, and that’s not easy. Once the album get relesaed in the UK the number is going to shooot up.

While I am not a hater, I really don’t see Party doing well on the Billboard 100. It might be successful on the R&B charts….but honestly, Beyonce “4″ singles have not been dominating the charts. Yes, the album is doing well because Bey has a loyal fan base and the album is nice on the ears, but singles’ chart status reflect how well your music is commercially appealing to the trends and masses. Albums reflect fan interest.
Beyonce’s fans are holding Bey down. The platinum status of 4 confirms that. However, her singles are not generating massive hype like generic music artists like Perry, Rihanna, or Brit. If Run the World couldn’t do it…..Party definitely won’t.

I’m glad to know I’m not the only one who wants to see more Run The World (Girls) live performances. RTW(G) is a masterpiece. I love the word play, King B’s delivery, the harmonies, the instruments, the beat…The video is amazing as well.
I like how Bey owns the RTWG performances both in small and in big settings [Billboard Award & Le Grande Journal / X Factor France].
I find all the songs on ’4′ smashing. That’s why I’m obssess with this record
. At the same time, I’m not certain if any of them will reach #1 on today’s US charts. It will be lovely and a bonus if/when they do.
