Kelly Rowland has spent the last 6 months judging others on hit British show ‘The X Factor’. However, the 30 year old is set to step out from behind the table for a show-stopping performance.

It was today revealed that Rowland will slip on her stilletto’s to perform on the December 4th episode of the show.
With the the slot taking place a week after the UK release of her album ‘Here I Am’, it has been confirmed that the Destiny’s Child alum will be performing a medley of hits of the project.

Needless to say, it’s about time!
If Cheryl Cole could build her entire career around X Factor performances, it’d have been a serious injustice if Kelly was confined to sitting at the table the entire series (regardless of how great a judge she is).
We fully expect Ms. Kelly to serve up breakfast, lunch, and dinner with this one. As such, we won’t settle for anything less than weave, wind, a kick-ass back track, and an epic dance break. It’s only right.

All her live performances of motivation and DFW have been tragic and why sing songs about s** after offcoms investigation last year. She is not an imaginative choreographer or performer like Bey, she just tends to push too hard. I think Simon knows this performance will give him just cause to dismiss her and end any rumor of her taking a spot on x Factor USA .
The British public have had the Alexandra Burke reaction to how fake and cringyey she is. X Factor has ruined the image Kelly had that fans really loved and Kelly and her people are not smart enough to gauge this. All Kelly has managed to do is overexpose her flaws, turn her most lucrative market against her and make a p*** poor judge in the process.
The British public are going to drag her before, during and after this performance.

Her team is killing me.DECEMBER 4TH??The performance should take place a week AHEAD or at least at the same week to create hype.She needs to secure a proper first week peak before promoting in other shows…I don’t want them to make the same mistake they made with the US because their “longetivity” backtracked and blew up in their faces 😕
Anyway, there’s no denying that Kelly is an amazing performer that keeps evolving and getting more comfortable on stage.I just hope that ‘DFW’ is a strong enough lead single because this track sounds like a mess to me…I hope they can indeed have a dance breakdown and I wouldn’t like the same staging and dancing that she did in her other performance a few days ago

The thing is we DON'T have a fair comparison because we DON'T have an average for season 2 because we're only 2-episodes deep into said "season 2"! The opportunity was great but its time to break down other doors. Acting, endorsements, more music and more shows. We have work to do. I’m excited but I’m scared cause Kelly ain’t that strong vocally to perform a medley live like this and with the pressure that she’ll have to show to the other judges and contestants that she is the real deal it might affect her vocals. I’m so scared of her souding out of breath, with difficulties to reach and hold notes. I’m nervous she really need to rehearse like crazy. Kelly girl you have to be on POINT !

I’m excited but nervous as well…. Kelly has a really nice voice but through out her performances you can tell she focuses on breath control oppsed to letting loose & having a good time. I wish she would let the DC medley go and perform songs off her album instead! It makes much more sense! I hope she performs Motivation, Lay It on Me, Keep It Between Us and end her performance with her new single DFW. I will say as much as I love her on Xfactor UK I hope she does not come back next yr as 1. I really want next year to be a really big year for her. I wanna see her in movies, another album, endorsement deals, magazine spreads, perfume fragrance, etc… in the US.

She should have performed on the 20th of November to promote her new UK single, which is coming out on the 21st OR the 27th of November , the day before her album comes out.
The 4th of December is a bit pointless but Hey , it is not Kelly `s fault and we love her here in the UK.

Love Kelly to bits. I think she should perform Heaven and Earth to show her vocals, then Motivation and any other single. Heaven and Earth would be a real good song to open the show and finish with a dance song. Kelly is a very good singer, and those who say the British public will crush her before, during and after the performance, well, that should not stop her because a lot of performers on X Factor do not sing live. Ketty Perry’s voice is not that good, but she performs every year.
