Side note: why are people surprised that Beyonce didn’t sweep at the awards? 4 underperformed. It had no hit singles and has yet to sell a Milli in the US.

last time I check, CB ALBUM IS AT #11 FOR TOP ALBUMS SOLD FOR 2011 OVER 50 ARTIST. Look at me now was the top 10 songs over 100′s of songs this past year. Keep on hating. His promo was nothing like the other top artist, he did no tv appearance on late night shows or daytime shows around his album release time. His album would’ve sold more if he would’ve did more promo on tv the first 3 months of his album released, intsead of waiting for all the awards shows, which most people either bought his album or down loaded it for free by the time Vmas came around.

I really enjoyed the 2011 Soul Train Award Show! I was so excited to see that finally, finally, finally, Miguel won the award for Best New Artist. Long overdue! But I was sure that after Wiz Kalifa (sp.?) and Bruno Mars kept pick-pocketing Miguel that he would eventually and ultimately not be passed by by the Soooul! Train! Congratulations, Miguel! Happy that Jill Scott got some love; a little disappointed that Miguel won Best New Artist over Frank Ocean. Glad that Motivation won, it truly has been the R&B song played all year.
Keri Hilson looked beautiful at the awards show (from a stan). I have a dream that one day she and Beyonce will have a hit duet together and dance harder than anyone has danced before.
