Fans of pop Pinochio Britney Spears were in for an epic treat last night as EPIX invited viewers into the ‘Femme Fatale’ tour. ‘Fatale’, the latest worldwide trek of the Grammy-winning songstress, hosts a live collection of Spears’ greatest hits (and a few gems from its parent album).
Although ridden with with mixed reviews from fans and critics alike, many-a-Brit faithful tuned into the showing last night with hopes that the ‘Criminal’ diva for once proved naysayers wrong.

Im sure that because I’m a Christina fan that anything I say negative about Britney will be seen as shade, but I don’t care. These performances were all horrible. Britney used to be able to slay the stage but now she is a walking zombie. She needs to realize that performing was her only talent and she needs to improve at it or retire. She’s not doing herself any good by going on a world wide tour and performing like she’d rather be in the hotel watching Larry the Cable Guy dvds. She’s only losing fans and respect.

i wouldnt waste 4$ to even see this live. The delusional stans are still trying to hang in there with positive thinking, thats cute, but your fav is falling so far down the hole, its not even funny.
Britney shouldve taken a 5 year break, that way she could work out, get fit, and flexibile, so she could at least have the energy to perform.

it’s hard to believe this is the same britney that i saw in footage of her 20 greatest performances. it’s enough to make me wonder it they superimposed her head on a dancer’s body in those clips.
she looks as though she’s never danced a smooth step in her life. nancy grace could have given her some comp when nancy was on ‘dancing with the stars’.
it’s unreal that just meds would really have this kind of affect on one’s dancing ability. she seems to have lost every single bit of coordination it takes to be a good dancer.

Um…well…has anyone ever seen any of Janet Jackson’s shows? The Velvet Rope Tour is by far my favorite. I suggest that you watch that one to see what a real show is all about. It’s pretty hard to top anything Janet does so…but Britney’s show was…cute. It was a cute little show.

I am an old school Britney Stan. Been going hard for Britney ever since she came out. I’ve defended her through thick and thin….
When people accused her of being nothing more than a lip synced singer.
When people called her a slut after she performed in her skin toned outfit during MTV performance.
When she had a mental breakdown after the divorce with KFed.
Yes, a true Brit fan. However, I just can’t watch this performance. I literally cringed. I love Brit and I always will. But you can tell she has lost a lot of that passion…and as a fan, I have too. Part of my love for Brit was that despite all, she always gave you a performance NO MATTER WHAT! But ever since the In the Zone era, Brit has faded away.

Real talk, I love Britney and have been down with her since day 1, however, the fact that she records good songs is the only reason she is still doing her thing in the game. Nowadays, she just doesn’t perform like she used to. The theatrics and show is still on point, but Britney just doesn’t full out perform anymore. That bothers me a bit.

I’m trying to figure out what’s a step above a zombie but below robotic? B/c she doesn’t look dead like she used to, but her moves aren’t crisp enough to be labeled a robot. And I mean, can you at least use a concert recording of your tracks instead of just pressing play on your CD? I’m not one to spread negativity, honestly, but watching that was like watching the aftermath of a train wreck, you have to give a C+ for effort, and I’m sure it was great if you were in the crowd.

I think after this tour ends, Britney should retire and raise her kids. I’m not hating on her, I just don’t want her to embarass herself. She lip-synched nearly every song (there were a couple where she sung a little bit) and the coreography was a bit stiff. I was watching her hot, amazing male dancers most of the time, which says that I was not interested in what Brit was doing. I liked the concept of the show and the theatrics though.
