Little Willow Smith whipped in the industry into a frenzy last year with ‘Whip My Hair’, and looks set to do it all over again when she takes to the stage on the X Factor USA next week.
Set to rock the house on Thursday’s results show, the 11 year old has given fans a window peak into what they can expect from her debut performance of new single ‘Fireball’.

Shes a little kid therefore she makes music for them. It baffles sometimes do you not forget she’s a kid. Shes done really well so far and has a bright future . who cares if she is 11. Wasn’t MJ the same age as her when he first broke in the biz. Hell at least she isn’t getting beat like he did. JoJo started when she was 12 or 13. She turned out well. She’s doing what she enjoys and I say as long as she is having fun let her continue. The day she wants to stop doing this then her parents would let her stop. Do you really think Will and Jada are living off Jada.
The difference between MJ & Jojo and Willow is that she has famous parents, which makes her automatically have a career in music and acting. MJ and Jojo had to work hard to be recognised by the public. And MJ was extremely talented and had maturity in his music….and that was only at 5 and 6 years old.
BTW i’m not hating on Willow. I think she has potential and could possibly be a big star one day, but for now she should be a kid.

The difference is times have changed, MJ was 11 in the 60s, everything in the music industry were completely different, now its cutthroat. MJ father pushed him in the spotlight BUT he still had his schooling, he knew how to spell, he constantly read books. His parents weren’t famous. Willow on the other hand, she should know how to spell shes 11 for goodness sake. Will and Jada should at least make sure she gets her education, thats important but she’s their daughter SO whatever…….
