In regards to r&b Alicia is in the top tier..other artists mix in that pop sound for more sales ie Usher after here I stand Beyonce after Bday. Alicia is able to stick to r&b and maintain her music popularity. Even after the Swizz scandal she had hit records, a hit album, and grammys. Alicia has staying power.

Love Alicia and her music. Can’t wait for the new album. She has a one of a kind voice and the passion and emotion in her music is like no other. As far as her personal life, that’s not my concern.
