Fans keen to pre-order the LP on iTunes will be rewarded with a special deluxe 18 track version of the record, the singer’s first in over 4 years.
‘MDNA’ serves as the the follow-up to 2008′s ‘Hard Candy’, which topped charts in 37 countries. Will her collection fare as well? Only time will tell.
What is certain, though, is that – like most things Madonna related – the launch of ‘MDNA’ is shaping up to be quite the “event”.

Madonna is the queen of pop, ok? I like her and I can’t wait for her album. However, I’d be lying if I said that I’m not worried about this album campaign. The gap between the single and the album will be less than 2 months, so what if people don’t like it? And besides, the single promotion is going to coincide with the album promotion, so that means she’s going to have to literally shove the lead single down people’s throats because that’s going to be all they’ll get to hear to decide whether they’re checking for her…
I’m still really excited, but just a little worried.

Madonna I love just as much as I love Janet but it’s nobody’s fault if she was asked to do the superbowl before her 40s, and you have to perform now during your 60s while Janet looks like you when you were 35.

lol Madonna isn’t in her 60s and is less than a decade older than Janet…so if Madonna is old, then Janet ain’t young. Janet’s fans kill me thinking she’s actually 35. That women is 46 in a few months and looks her age.
As far as this “beef” goes, I wouldn’t be surprised if Madonna either did NOT make any comments about Janet and that this was just gossip, or if she did that they are being misconstrued to sound more negative than they were just so that bitter people can complain. But you know what? Even if she DID insult Janet, then I’m not mad. During the 90′s, Janet made repeatedly shady and unprovoked comments towards Madonna that Madonna never bothered responding to. If Madonna is being shady towards her now, then she deserves it.
Far as the Superbowl goes, it’s not Madonna’s fault that Janet’s performance basically ended her own career. I’m 99% sure that Madonna will come away from her performance unscathed. Too bad Janet didn’t.

This album is going to be epic! Madonna plays by the old rules of the industry. She waits a few years before putting out albums, which creates hype for the next project.
