Must Listen : Cher Lloyd – ‘Superhero’

Published: Tuesday 21st Feb 2012 by David

With the release of ‘Want U Back‘, Cher Lloyd‘s latest single,  That Grape Juice shines a light on ‘Superhero‘, another cut lifted from her debut LP, ‘Sticks & Stones‘.

A certified fan favorite, the Jukebox produced number is one of the LP’s stronger releases, and we’re hoping is used to kick off the project’s US launch later on this year.

Get into ‘Superhero’ below…

But punching black women in the face is even uglier.

Cher & Cheryl are chicks with bad attitudes and minuscule talent, and get enough shine from other media outlets. I come here to escape them so if this continues i’ll have to go elsewhere

The intro sounds like a rip off of The Wanted’s song all time low….

Check out Conor Maynard! He recently won the MTV Brand New award. I think he has an amazing voice. I think he’s going to be huge!!

For some reason, and I’m not exactly sure why, but I REALLY like this song for her. I thought, within her limited vocal ability, this was a GREAT fit for her. It’s very catchy.

Kinda like this tbh… as a novelty.
While i think it’s stronger than anything else i’ve heard from Cher Lloyd…
I can’t see this commercially promoted in the US. Well, maybe on Nickelodeon/TeenNick …

it’s a good album track but not a single.

Another white girl trying to sound like she is black, faker! The only one I’ve liked of hers so far was With UR Love (except for the atrocious textspeak title). She thinks she is going to crack the States? So far as I can see they have enough people of their own with barely average singing talent. This is better than Swagger Jagger but that is about all I can say. Girl can’t rap to save her miserable life either, she never could, I watched that series of the X-Factor.
